i would guess anyone not getting paid probally did something wrong like

its odd most have about 2 posts that come in and complain

No BigDaddy i acutually have a couple of conversations with the reps i will be posting them up here if all doesn't go well they are very entertaining if you ask me. In my case one of the reps had messed up so lets see where this goes

i think they have moneygram and creditcard withdraw method so go there and ask foe ** withdraw and you will recive money next day as i did

UPDATE

Well I was given the wrong CN it was a mistake from their department it got corrected and I got paid the amount at **. So all in all took a while but they did stay to their word. Still would double think about depositing money into this book.

They gave me 2 times a control number that did not even exist ... wasted 10 days, 5 days wait for moneybookers and now I wait 5 days for ** . Today I can contact them and see which will lie next to come.
I do not know what they are doing with the **, but we do not understand why give me the wrong codes!?

Later I see what and how to continue, but slowly lose hope.

Off to a good start, they deducted the $1400 from my account within 2 hours. Spoke to Gia in CS and said there is a heavy payout load today so I should get my ** reference number within 24-48 Gawd willing

Im not crazy about sending my id. I took took the free play promo and will request a payout with **. Has anyone had any bad experiences sending id. Im new to this.

Alot of people open 2 or 3 Acc with us to get more money, Thas why we ask for an ID when we pay and also we check IP numbers..

almost all top books will let you blackout the DL#

i would never send you my ID with the DL# exposed.

if that is a rule let me know as i will never reup if that is the case.

I agree, I may just forget trying to cash out the money i won from the promo and find another book. Theres no need for them to have my dl # and dob. I thought of actually staying with them until this.

Hey Chuck is there an easy software tip for finding out how much $$ has been risked to see if I've met my rollover requirements yet?

Also this may not be the right topic to ask about this, but I've never done a ** payout before and am interested in how it works. ID is requirement with the DL# covered, and then I can pick up the money at any ** location? Do you guys ever mail checks instead?

Only Money Gram and Western Union for payouts and not checks. And yes you do need an ID to pick up the money at the Western Union or Money Gram. As far as the Rollover all you have to do is call Customer Service and ask them how much rollover you need to do, thats why we have a Customer Service department so we can do all the work for you.
