still don't really understand the rollover process..can you explain again please? basically what am i asking is does the rollover start from the free play money wagered or does it begin with the money from the account that was won from the free play? and if it is the latter does it have to be wagered up to 1000?

Well, they told me 5x the $200 + what you win on the freeplay. So if you win $100 on the freeplay you have to rollover $300 5 times. This means you have to make $1500 worth of bets to complete the rollover. Usually it is what you risk on a dog or what you bet to win on a favorite that counts towards that $1500.

okay...thanx smitch...wasn't sure...wasn't really explained to me...thought it was basically 1000 wagered and the 200 free play included

That makes my 11X rollover a really terrible deal. I won $190 on the freeplay and so now I have to rollover $390 11 times? Chuck, there anyway to change this to a 5X rollover considering that's what most people here got?

i finished my rollover this morning too. i´m going to request a cashout via western union this evening. does anybody know how this process will take? am i able to collect the money tomorrow at a western union´s counter? are any documents needed before cashout? will there be fees for me? sorry i´m totally unexperienced with withdrawals by western union. would be nice if somebody could help me.

I lost my free bet but i like the book .Nothing special about them that's true except they are pretty straight forward and honest ,fast on payouts.And they didn't come out saying we are the best like BP and 911 did . And it was one of our fellow members that brought our attention to this promo.

Lost my $200 free play on my last round of wagers that I needed to make to withdraw, but I re-upped, got my 125% free play, and looking forward to having some fun.

They do actually have overnight lines as well. I imagine there are some things they're still working out, but it looks like they're well on the right track to winning a lot of people over. Very, very good CS, they should be commended on that.
