They stole your money, and than ask for documentation...
It actually hurts me because I know exactly how you feel..
Two years ago, otobet took 2000 euros from me and went offline.
18bet is online, and while they are operating, there still is a chance for fight.
Good luck man with getting your money back...
Its not healthy to read this thread, it only fcks you up.
I think Im going to watch sponge bob or something...

What I still don't understand:
You've said you had a balance of €6,333.00, right? You've requested a withdrawal of 3k. The withdrawal has been cancelled and the amount has been credited back to your account.
Then 5 fake bets have been added:
+840 (first fake bet known to the forum that actually won)
-3300
-1250
-1900
-1775
So if your balance really was 6,333 how is it possible that you had 333 left on your account? It should have been -1052 according to this calculation. Were there other fake bets you didn't show a screenshot of?

I just don't remember exactly how much I had on my account. But it was just over 6000 euros, 3000 selections on neteller. Well, I have 333. I confess, I didn't investigate or count. And all the transactions I uploaded, there are no others.

I didn't think at all that something like this would happen, so I did not investigate it, I entered 3000 selection and I don't really know how much there was. Well, it's all weird. Mainly we are healthy and life goes on!

So apparently they also messed up with the calculation. No idea how this is even possible.
Anyway, the bottom line is you had 6,000 on your account and now you have 333 left. So you got scammed of 5,667.

I don't even want to know. If the balance is 333, - there had to be 7718 before the withdrawal, and I don't really know right now. Possible. I have many accounts at different offices, I use different brookers and their accounts on betfair etc. Maybe there was a fact 7718 .... I can no longer determine, but I thought there were 6600-6900 somehow. Probably robbed me about 7718, because I don't care about tech 333.

Okay, i have to admit that, that made me laugh too. HAHA
I finally got around to submitting this complaint.
I used the 1234567A in the ID/Passport field as you said, and I got an automated email back saying that they would contact back in the next 2 working days with a way to proceed.

This is the complaint that I made.
I added the latest incorrect dates thing for extra evidence.
Hi,
I have a complaint to make about MGA (Malta Gambling Authority)I lodged a dispute with MGA about the disappearance of 6600 Euros worth of funds from my 18Bet account.
The account was fully verified and I had a pending withdrawal of 3209 Euros.
Overnight, the pending withdrawal was cancelled and 6 equally sized losing bets were added to my account.
I contacted 18Bet to get more information about this and to report the fraudulent bets placed.
They responded saying that they can’t see anything wrong with the bets and that there was nothing off about the bets.
I asked the live chat agent if I could see the IP address information from when the bets were placed, but he didn’t have access to that information, so I can’t see how he was able to tell me that nothing looked off about the bet.He advised me to contact their Anti-Fraud team, but of course they never replied to my email.
Another point to note is that the bets in no shape or form match my betting history for these reasons:
1) I rarely place bets over 1000 Euros.
2) I never place equally sized bets.
3) I never bet on the same selection in one event multiple times.
4) I never place bets on over/under markets less than half a day before the event start, however these were placed within an hour of the match start.
To add more information to this, I am not the only person that this has happened to recently.I made a thread on SBA forum and found many others that have fallen victim to this:
All of the other players that this has happened to have this in common:
1) A pending withdrawal was cancelled.
2) A series of losing bets were placed on their accounts over a short space of time after the withdrawal was cancelled.
3) The series of losing bets were either equally sized bets or a single losing bet.
4) The losing bets wiped out the full balance or almost fully wiped it out.
5) The bets don’t match the players’ previous betting history.
I explained all of this in a complaint to MGA and asked them for IP login data from 18 Bet and a clear explanation or proof to back up their claims.
However, MGA ignored all requests for data or proof and simply replied back with the same reasons (almost copy and paste) as 18Bet replied back to me via live chat.
It was shocking how nonsensical the reply was:
"Dear Mr. Punladda,
Further to the below case, please be informed that we have received information from the representative of Shark77 Limited (18bet.com) who have informed the MGA that there were no abnormalities on your account.
Please note that it is important to keep your password secure at all times and that the operator is not responsible for the safe keeping of your credentials.
In addition please see their Terms and Conditions which clearly states thathttps://www.18bet.com/en/pages/terms-and-conditions/“…you should ensure that your username and password do not become easily accessible by third parties, as any transactions carried out via your account will remain your responsibility, whether you have given authorization for such actions or not.
If you suspect that your username or password have been obtained by others without you having given prior approval, you should immediately change your password in order to avoid further unauthorized actions”
We wish to remind you that when you created your account you agreed to adhere to the Terms and Conditions and therefore the MGA cannot offer you further support with this specific case seeing that you had agreed to such Terms.
We will have to consider the complaint case closed.Regards,
Kris"
This is clearly an inadequate explanation and reply.
MGA try to say that my password was stolen, so it was my fault for not keeping the password safe; however they also say that there were no abnormalities with my account, meaning that there was no change in IP addresses or differences in betting histories.
If my password was stolen, the IP address of the person placing the bets would be different, so there would be an abnormality.
The other option is that the person was either in my house and using my computer or he had vpn’d into my router and used my network, however this function is not available on my router.
Secondly, even a non-gambler could look at my betting history and notice that these 6 losing 1,100 Euros bets are clearly out of place.
Thirdly, they didn’t even acknowledge the part of the complaint that mentions the countless other players that this has happened to, all from by same company and all around the same time.
Fourthly, since my case has been closed by MGA there has been several other people which have fallen victim to this also.
Most notably, the fraudulent losing bets that was placed on a player's account which looks like they were manually inserted incorrectly.
Both fraudulent were apparently placed on the same day but were dated:
16/06/2019
16/09/2016.
If this isn't enough evidence to even raise a slight bit of suspicion then I don't know what it would take.
This can all be seen in the linked sbr forum post.
Finally, I would also like to point out, that MGA considered the complaint closed without even looking into it and more importantly they closed the case and communication with me without offering any form of third party dispute resolution option.
I was under the impression that offering a third party dispute resolution option was required of them.
Thanks for your time; I hope that this email receives a bit more attention than the email that I sent to MGA.
Thanks again.

At this point, after how much money they stole with the fake bets and multiaccounting scams, I reckon they wouldn't even have the money to pay all of us back. I've lost my hope I'll ever get the money back. It's just sad that I've lost so much money on gambling, and when I finally get a decent win, it's on a scam site and they take it all away.

18bet stole 1400€ from me last month.
I played through my complete rollover from a reload bonus and when asking for a withdrawal they told me I made different bet sizes so all my winnings are voided. They were absolutely ignorant refering to my complaints and my money is lost.
Take care they started a new book called Sportempire these days.

I already complained about MGA but I guess it was in vain as I haven´t been responded at all. 18bet had this nonsense multiaccounting accusation against me worth of 1300 euros if I am not mistaken MGA doing nothing again even though I provided them proof of a chat conversation where 18bet customer service representative told me that I only have one account which I only had been using since.

You are welcome for the sportempire.com Information. It is obvious they need a new brand name after stealing so much.

They translated "Odds" as "Weird" and "Stake" as "Wooden Stake". Pinny has a blunder too, they translated the "Straight" bet as the Straight from poker. Bookies probably use google translator to get the different languages.

I've read about someone on a German betting forum who has been waiting for a payout of €900 for more than 3 weeks. Another player has been waiting for more than a week. Another player says that he is not even able to make a withdrawal request for "technical reasons" and yet another player has reported that he has been limited (18bet does not limit players).

It's good that you complained to them, at some point they must start taking it seriously, unless they just don't care.
They replied back to me with nonsense, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

I sent the email to MCAA around 11 days ago and the automated response mentioned:

However no-one has been in touch.

At this point it feels like there is way more than enough information for anyone to see outright that our money has been stolen, but I can not think of anything that we could possibly do, apart from things would end up getting us into too much trouble for what its worth.
Does anyone else have any ideas?

This sums it up perfectly. There is NOTHING we can do. Criminal operations are legitimized by corrupt authorities. And corrupt authorities are legitimized by corrupt governments. Gambling is an important economy to those islands. If they take actions against the gambling industry they would shoot themselves in their own foot.
The second part of your statement is also important. Helmin Wiels, a Curacaoan poltician who has fought corruption and illegal gambling was assassinated 6 years ago. Suspects are the former Minister of Finance, Elmer Wilsoe, and the former Minister of Justice, George Jamaloodin, whose brother, Robbie dos Santos, was the boss of an illegal gambling company (and also a convicted tax evader and money launderer). The prosecutor had witnesses who testified that Jamaloodin said that Wiels has to be "eliminated/cleaned up" because Wiels wanted to tackle the illegal lotteries of Robbie dos Santos.
This is the reality.

They do. At least agents accounts. Had my limits cut to 30 euros instead of 100. Account was via PT though

Just keep going exactly as you are now.
Just calmly explaining the situation and following up the official agencies now and then.
Long term sustained reasonable but negative pressure.
My 2 cents anyway.

BS. Pinnacle is also a Curacao licensed book and it's one of the best if not the best online book overall on the planet. The problem are not the players but the government, authorities, licensors and the books themselves.
