BOL is officially a total joke. I actually got an email from them telling me that my ticket number was "invalid" so I screenshotted the ticket along with the ticket number and sent it to them. I don't think they train their customer service reps at all.
I am now actively wondering if they are legitimately trying to steal my money.Comment -

Not sure why it would be any super sophisticated one just targeting them....Everyone gets hit with these. My uneducated guess would be that it hit and somehow did damage to there system servers and not just disrupt....They may have also not been up level of protection needed like i know some sites are with cloud flare....I think a very fair question to ask and for them to answer accordingly...plus how they will prevent in futureComment -

I like and use BOL and still think they are top book...but you are right they should be downgraded half to full grade...How can they be same grade as heritage with the issues from last 2 weeks??? rating need to be fluid and updated when significant good or bad comes about right??? for fun click on the BOL ad listing on top of page and see what it says as it spins on bottom left corner of page.....let me know what u see

Why is everyone in full on panic mode? Allow the situation to resolve itself before rendering a verdict. I mean if BOL was merely out to seize your money, they already have it, therefore whining or demanding a panicked payout would be useless.
At least now they're making strides to communicate with users via email. They've obviously botched this recent attack (it that's indeed what it is) but if they eventually manage to pull it back together and get the thing humming on all cylinders again, how soon will all be forgotten?
It may seem like Armageddon at the moment, but in the grand scope of things a one or two week hiccup is not an unforgivable sin for a book that's been in business for 10+ years.
If they don't rectify the situation and we sacrifice our bankrolls or something like that, I'll be as angry as the next guy, but let it all play out instead of standing on your rooftop and declaring the falling sky.
Give them a chance to figure their shit out. If they continue to drop the ball, we'll all know in due time and it'll probably be the end of BOL as we know it, not to mention the amount of egg that will be on the collective face of SBR for endorsing such a dumpster fire.
I'm sure they'd like to correct things as much as we'd all like them to be corrected. That hasn't happened yet, but it doesn't mean it won't. Like I said, it appears as though they are at least trying. The payout options and freeplays are probably compromised because the whole fukking enchilada is compromised at the moment.
Once we get either a full resolution or a final shafting, we'll have no doubts. Then will be the time to react.Comment -

If Betonline were going down, I'm pretty sure they'd be well aware of the fact right now. In that event, they'd stand to lose nothing by keeping everyone's money and just turning out the lights. Do you really think you're going to "trick" them into releasing your money by requesting a payout before everyone else? Doubtful.
One of two things is going to happen... either they right the ship and it returns to business as usual, or it becomes a total loss for both BOL and all of it's "stockholders." But if it truly is just a DDOS attack, I tend to lean towards the former scenario rather than the latter, as I don't see how a crashed server becomes the final nail in the coffin for an enterprise that's been operating as long as BOL. If anything they'll be stronger for it and better prepared for future attacks.Comment -
how come this dos attack has knocked out betonline for almost 2 weeks now? and any other sportsbook that got attacked (that i can remember) was 24-48 hours max? And that 24-48 hour time frame is for the worst of the worst. i just dont get it.Comment -

I use tablet layout all day without any problems. It seems that indeed it was a nasty DDos attack that BOL still tries to recover. I trust them, they are a solid bookmaker for years. We have to be more patient and dont bring the end of the world that easily

I'm not too worried about the security of my info and money being compromised in fact I still place bets with them on a daily basis. What could happen is that once the website stabilizes, a high number of their customers could decide to withdraw in a short period of time creating an exodus situation where the company is incapable to make all of its payouts in due time. That would definitely affect their rating and more and more customers will want to demand a payout.Comment -
i had 1000 in my account at the time of this i deposited three times during this crisis yet no freeplay for me really dissapointed. and i do realize its up to them but i was affected by this had money in there placing bets by three different way that wouldnt work betting on game i didnt want cause site was up and down yet i get nothing.Last edited by MIGUEL PEREZ; 03-15-18, 01:44 AM.Comment -

Update...my payout btc has been completed hit my wallet aprox 1 am central time...i am confident BOL will continue to be a top book as they have for many year's ...thst said sports book review SBR needs to downgrade them half to full point for this crisis they have had for over 2 weeks....how can BOL be same grade as heritage and other a+ books??? If i was another top book who pays for advertising and affiliates to sbr i would demand action or pull ad dollars...its only fairComment -
