Apparently mobile site does not work. Even though Dave Mason announced is back working properly. I have some real concerns if they have any control over the situation.

Working for me too but not for esports. Seems to be a disconnect between the esports section and the main site with it not recognising the user being logged in, therefore not allowing me to place bets. This along with the loss of Pinnacle is going to be a rough one for us Aussies. Trying to find a work around for the Pinnacle situation though!

Yesterday I managed to log in to the mobile site and request withdrawal. Couple of hours later whole my balance was in my Blockchain. So at least their cashier works fine.

Its normal it takes some days before it will be back working properly for the rest of the world.

Big changes on a websites,takes some days, and that is out of betonline.ag control, betonline dosent control all webservers

Tablet site is working for me as well, at the moment anyway. Is it just me, though, or are there no scroll bars? So, if you are viewing in a desktop browser, and there are a large number of games on the screen, there's no way to view the bottom games?

I can scroll fine.

The scroll bar for the games is not all the way to the right side though. It's to the left of the betslip.

can u get desktop version on ure tablet? I hit the desktop view on my IP pad and it stays same...Tablet version I do not like but it is now up in Chicago area the tablet version

Did Bet Online Steal my money or is this part of their maintenance?

I have a bet that was a winner where the funds still haven't been credited to my account. The thing is, the event was a premiere league match and ended more than 24hrs ago. It actually shows under my account as a winner and that it has been graded but the funds were never added to my balance. I've tried logging on and off, clearing cookies and whatever to see if it's a problem on my end but it's not. I have emailed them multiple times and they have not responded. I got fed up so I called their terrible customer service who then confirmed that I am correct and that they have sent it to the proper department and to allow a few minutes for it to be credited. That was like 24 hrs ago.

I know they have been having some serious technical issues so I don't know if this is a result of the maintenance or just because they are being shady as hell. I'm holding off on using the complaint form of SBR because I'm hoping it's just a technical error on their end. Anybody experience similar things with BOL? (Besides the horrible customer service which everybody had experienced) And any advice as to what I should do next?

Your fine...I know it really sucks waiting but its most likely due to the maintenance they are doing...Have you tried logging in from a different medium like tablet or mobil? I would try that just to see....Sites would not stiff you on grading an event it would be on the back end when you withdrawal...makes no sense for them to stiff before that....BUT with BOL u have no worries they will fix

there are many attacks small and big targets...In last few weeks I have seen a few of my other books, processors and even market makers hit....Nitrogen was hit often during NFL and NCAA F right before kickoff on many weeks...My USA ADW horse site like TVG and Xpressbet get hit on major race days frequently and draftkings got hit plenty of times during NFL...That said I think the way that they handled this prolonged situation was awful and they should be downgraded by sports book review SBR half to a full grade IMO....BOL is fine no worries but grading should be fluid and move up and down due to current events..

BTW even my Godaddy email server work account was hit a few weeks back was down almost 24 hours

Hope so. I only have logged on using mobile because that seems to be the only medium for me that works. I'll wait a bit more but after that I'll have no choice but to log a complaint form with SBR. The main thing that makes me angry is the horrible customer service that doesn't reply or give you the info they should.

Crap Happens BOL is solid and I am a supporter of them they will bounce back but like I said just for how they handled this whole crisis they should be downgraded half to full grade...Guess no one else but me thinks so

A few people have reported being able to withdraw during the outage.

I'm pretty sure it's not some plan to delay payments.

If they don't get you sorted out soon it's fine to submit an SBR complaint form and see if we can get a manager to take a look for you. They don't get their nose out of joint about those sort of things.

I'd advise everybody not to make any sort of deposit until they sort this thing out and fix their maintenance. Go elsewhere to play in the mean-time. I've still to get my balance credited for a winning wager from over a day ago and it seems to happening to other people as well.

Maybe the bigger books are better protected against ddos attacks.... maybe bol are the biggest fish with little ddos protection.
