Its tough to have trust if you hit a snag because you immediately think something is up. From what I have read they have accomodated you from day 1 with you being blocked and they are doing their best to make sure youre paid promptly.

Yes Major, I 100% jumped the gun on a couple issues when things were not done in a time frame I liked. They are paying me 1500 westernunion this week and my acct is open. I see that you were upgraded D- to D and D to D+ back in March and April respectively and, from what I've seen and from what others have been experiencing, if you skipped a grade straight to a C (even if some may be happy to see you with some sort of B grade) then I think that would be another good step in your progress up to where you want to be whilst not a complete SBR ratings jump.

Technical issues: when logged in and on the main wagering area, clicking Sportsbook creates a "The page cannot be found" Explorer error, clicking Home from the wagering area appears to log out user; having gone back to the home page, the sports market menus on the leftt side of the page do popup but they are just blank except for the submenus at the top of them and clicking on them doesn't achieve anything - should they be displaying your odds? That's never worked here if they should.

Players like a people-person at the helm. I would incorporate that into your viewable website with an "About Us" that lists the General Manager, Customer Service manager and maybe a bit about them. Most places I've played, I wouldn't have any idea who is in charge, who I might be dealing with and it's very impersonal. No, I don't think I will bother, I was interested in their $100 match free play offer. However, they state the following in their rules:

"Wagers placed on NFL-NBA-MLB-NHL-NCAAFOOT-NCAAHOOPS money lines, spread or total will count towards the client's rollover. All the rest will NOT count for the rollover."

I assume then that SOCCER wagers will not count? That does not suit me at all. A pity because I was strongly considering joining them.

Does Cferrat work for them??? Can you clarify the above for me??

EDIT: I see a lot of good things have been said in this thread about bet911 however, I see they have slow paid customers in the past and are currently only have a rating of D+.

The D+ rating involved previous owners and since new ownership has taken over there has not been a complain.

Cferrat does work for them, his name is Carl. I am sure if you ask if you can take advantage of the offer and have soccer included he might work with you.

I have no complaints whatsoever besides small issues like I outlined in my previous posts... Carl has been GREAT in handling my account.

Thanks, hopefully we can work out a deal on the bonus (s). It would also be a new experience for me because I have NEVER known books to slightly change their bonus terms to suit a customers needs. It would defiently start a very good relationship with the book and I would keep them as a very strong possibility for my main book (if they offer the lines that I need of course)

Just an update i requested another $1500 yesterday. I received an email late morning saying this would be actioned by 6pm Eastern Time. I recieved the payout by 5.30pm Eastern Time. Once i have requested another payout this will make it $9000 paid out in three weeks, all been paid the same day of request. Each payout has taken on average roughly about 2-3 hours from my email requesting the payout to it hitting my Moneybokers account.

That is my opinion is fantastic, particularly for a smaller book.
