Was floored how quick and how large the amounts can be, just never thought I would see the day when all the other books try so hard not to pay. BTC book + this card is gold guys!

Books that accept ************ and also payout in Bitcoin need to keep a couple day leg on their Bitcoin payouts to ensure they're not getting scammed.

LOL. Way more to my story than that but in your case, I hear ya. But when you run up the book off 1 CC transaction among majority btc transactions, and all the sudden you are off this bullshit "btc exclusive" list and you gotta take $3,000 checks every 7 days because for some reason coins are only unavailable to you but everyone else is getting btc payouts sooner or later.

My CC payment was back when Houston whooped Louisville's ass. It's been posted. They are just a shit book who don't wanna pay winners but will pay entertainment players or losers easily because they will never get that kind of cash to cashout. That is why they get high reviews, but evr so often you will see those who post exactly what I am posting. If you are on btc exclusive, you are the chosen ones for now until they get you off the list.

          F- Book.

            "Subject to availability"

Those words right there are what is allowing them to penetrate people out of there money the slow way. If they are going to reject BTC, they need to step it up with other ways to get my cash. Like I said now I know how they play and I am done with them, no need to play there ever again way better sportsbooks, but I am informing others every chance I feel like it.

No wonder they offer those crazy ass moneylines....majority of us will never see it! Depsots go in quick as lightning but cannot get out $5,000 btc consistently every 7 days until my balance is out? Canadien checks? WTF IS THIS 2005??

I'm heading back to nitrogen to chat it up, but yeah anyway chance I get to rip 5crimes and save another person from losing their money is a well spent couple of minutes. Slow pay is the oldest sleaze ball trick in the book, especially when we live in the tech age. I even offered these fools a percent of my cash for a BTC payout. Nothing will change my mind about this place after all the chats and bullshit I been through past couple months.

This Thread is about the Bitcoin debit card. You two guys should go start your own Thread about 5Dimes.

It's always puzzling the degree of different experiences with the same books, I've been on both sides but it's just so random that one person will have such an awful experience and others will have a great one. My last 2 withdrawals this month with them have been flawless, same day from request to blockchain wallet.

I transfer to Dash at times. The transaction fees are a lot lower. Obviously not accepted in many places, but I but i use it for betting the horses.

                        Question about the card

Hey, just finished reading the post and there's some really interesting stuff on here.

                        I had a question:

Has anyone who has the card all ready tried to deposit onto a casino that doesn't accept bitcoin, and requested a withdrawal back on it. For example depositing on Bet 365 winning a few bets and withdrawing back onto the ****.

                        Thank you

Haven't tried using it at a casino yet. But, you have to remember there is a 3% currency exchange rate fee. I would only assume there would be no issues in requesting a withdrawal back on it.

Why do most of these Bitcoin debit cards denominate is USD, when they (with a few exceptions) don't issue them to Americans? Is this just an underhanded way of making another 3% on currency conversion fees?

3% is only applied if the currency sent is different to the native currency of the card account.

Although do not really know if merchants can Pay 2 Card the other way with these. (Anyone?)

Most of the cards I've seen offer Euros, Pounds or Dollars depending on your location.

This Bitpay card is just one of the few Americans can order.

Cryptopay is probably one of the best choices for non-US users; https://cryptopay.me/bitcoin-debit-card

Spectrocoin offers one with currency choices; https://spectrocoin.com/en/bitcoin-debit-card.html

                                    Xapo.com offers another one.

My balance is spinning, but it appears to allow me to transfer money. At least it allowed me to create a address to send funds. I am using Chrome.

I spent a little time today on this forum, especially in this thread, and noticed that a lot of users are recommending the use of a BitPay debit card for cashing out as opposed to selling BTC to your bank via CoinBase. I just want to make sure I'm understanding the general consensus and logic before I apply for a card. Am I correct in saying that its primarily due to the fact that its much faster to get your winnings and generally cheaper since CoinBase charges bases on a %? I'm not too bothered by the fees, especially after winning, but I do realize they can get pretty steep on CoinBase if you start talking about 4-figures or more ($1000+). If the card is only subject to the flat ATM machine fee then that would be great. Any input on this would be great.

In short...yes, it is a very cheap way to cash out. Especially if you use it to buy $ orders. Otherwise, pay the flat ATM fees and it is still a better deal than moving money in/out of most exchanges. The cheapest exchange i know of is Gemini at $2.50/$1000 or .25 cents/$100 to transfer back to USD....but free to move to your bank account. That would be the same at the ATM route with the bitpay card but you have to wait 3 days for it to hit account versus getting cash immediately at the ATM. $ order purchase at Wal-Mart at .70 cents/$1000 and free deposit at your bank is the cheapest possible method. Again, would need to wait a day to clear on counter deposit or you could cash it at your bank for free and have cash immediately.

According to the "fees and limits" section...

You can load up to 10k in 24 hours

Very interesting post. The $ order thing is a unique idea. The only issue I had with $ orders from a specific book for a PO option before... I had a bitch of a time cashing them at my bank. It seemed I got questioned more regarding $ orders than an international chk. Which was odd to me. I won't name the book that use to do this... but it's a well known book here. From doing plenty of research on the matter and asking questions... bank officials told me it's very easy to make fake $ orders. I even told them... I'm not asking for the cash now... let it clear like a normal chk would. They said $ orders operate differently when cashing. Fraud is a higher risk. I just told them... I never knew that. Left it like that.

But yes... if you aren't getting questioned at your bank... and you don't care about extra $ hitting your acct... seems like a very logical idea to bypass fees.

For BitPay, is it OK to have a lot of transactions loaded onto the card? For instance, loading over $20K over a period of a two months. Will it trigger any flags to them?

What is the most volume anyone have ever loaded onto the card with no problems?

yes, but they charge a $3 fee up to $1000 to cash. Apparently a 24 wait to turn around on a purchase...not sure why. Never do that since I just go to my bank. They never say anything to me about $ orders.

Yes, the ones you get from the US post office. Again, I was paid by this book with US $ orders. I hated it. Furthermore, it was 6-8 months past the current/present date. So, when I went to cash it at the US post office.... I was severely questioned as to why I was holding onto something for 6-8 months and now wanted to cash it? I replied... is there a law that states I can't cash this whenever I want? He said no... but the serial numbers from the $ order are located 1000 miles from where you're standing now. We're wondering why you had a blank $ order and you endorsed it using your own name? I said... again... are you asking me a question or are you making a statement? I wasn't getting smart with the guy... I'm not going to rat on myself either. He replied... well... now I'm asking you. I said my cousin owed me money.... he had a blank $ order and he gave me that for payment. OK?

They finally cashed it... but I waited at the post office for 30 minutes. I'm sure they recorded everything.

I also thought being PO with $ orders was the coolest thing... easiest thing... years ago... like I could take it to any party/convenience store and they would cash it for me. NOPE. It sucked.

Funding a book with $ orders is easy. Receiving $ orders from a book... is hard as sh#$.

This doesn't really make a lot of sense given that $ orders are purchased via cash or cash equivalency (debit card). I can't imagine a bank denying a cashier's check after 30 days....I think they are good for 180. Never had an issue with $ orders at my bank.

I think we were all taught years ago that $ orders were the next best thing as CASH IN HAND. Apparently, they are considered easy to duplicate. Fraud risk is high and for mysterious reasons... (even though they are sold everywhere) nobody ever wants to cash one without asking 10 questions.

Like I said before... I'm always thinking about ways in saving $ especially when you're receiving a PO from a book. I'm also not a huge fan placing things in my bnk acct. Paychecks are fine. Extra income isn't.

Just giving everyone the heads up when cashing a $ order at Walmart etc. Go ahead and ask them the policies about cashing a M.G. $ order at Walmart. Ask them about the 30 day rule. Of course... I found all of this out about 2 years ago. Possibly policies change? I even drove 10 miles to another Walmart to see if they had the same rules or not? Of course... when I walk in to cash it... I play dumb. Then they say... why do you have a M.G. $ Order that's 6 months old? lol It's ridiculous lol I said... it says WM right on the $ order. That means your company made the damn thing. She said... it doesn't matter. We have a policy... we can't cash anything past 30 days of posted date.
