US bank is part of the moneypass ATM network..and they let u withdraw up to $1000 per transactions

so with the bitpay limit of $750 per... you can withdraw $750 for $2

Any of my bitcoin before book deposit goes to tor wallet and anonymized. Then to book. On book withdrawal coins are mine again and are sent to tor wallet and anonymized. Then the anonymized coins can be sent anywhere i want. This is always the procedure and is never to be changed. I placed #69 in beat the prick worth $140. This bitcoin went to tor wallet and anonymized. Took about 10 hours to anonymize Then sent to a few books.. Got sbr money 10a. Anonymized. In book same day 10p. This is always the procedure and never changes

But what we're saying is at Walmart you can buy the purchase limit in $$$ orders which is 10000 and then turn around and cash them all right there in one shot. the ATM thing you can only take 750 a pop and only up to 3000.

So it'll end up costing $37 to take the full 10,000 purchase limit at Walmart

                Trust me on this one.

Next time you are gonna hit an atm, find a moneypass ATM and you'll see.

If you say US Bank is part of the MoneyPass Network I will definitely try it out next time there is a ton of u.s. Bank ATMs around me. That is also good info because if you want to take the full ATM withdrawal limit you can take it in three transactions instead of 4 and also save yourself $2

Gamblers are funny... and I am guilty of it too... we will toss around hundreds or thousands of dollars on a team where we cant name 1 player...but will squabble over a few dollars when it comes to fees

I'm not really concerned about the fees my concern is the most effective way to move Bitcoin through this card.

Thanks everyone, great info in this thread. I found a way to avoid fees completely when cashing out bitcoin using this card. This is for those of you looking to reduce fees, not for those of you looking to avoid a paper trail (which you shouldn't do if you're winning serious money).

                          1. Transfer bitcoin to bitpay card
                          2. Create two Venmo accounts. You'll need two email addresses and phone numbers. Or you could use someone you trust for the second account.
                          3. Link one account (account A) to your Bitpay card and link the other (account B) to your bank account you want the funds in.
                          4. Using account A, send $$$ to account B.
                          5. On account B, you'll have to confirm name, last 4 of SSN, and DOB to receive money above a couple hundred bucks.
                          6. On account B, transfer your funds to your bank account.
                          7. Wait a couple days for the funds to arrive in your bank account, and you just cashed out your bitcoin with no fees

I just completed all of these tonight and am waiting on step 7 now. Glad I cashed out some bitcoin when it was near its peak. Now if only we had a fee-free method to buy bitcoin...

^^^ I doubt that will work for long if you are only using the venmo accounts for that process.

It could look like some sort of money laundering. Especially if they connect the two accounts to one person/family. I would not send too much at a time as I can see them freezing the money for an investigation at some point.

Agreed. Account A is my primary Venmo account I use for other transactions, so we'll see. The same process should also work on other peer-to-peer payment systems like Square Cash and Circle in case one gets shut down. I had to resort to this after nowhere near me would allow me to use a debit card to buy a M order.

I would be fine paying the $2, but I don't have a Walmart near me and it seems nowhere else will let me buy M orders with a debit card. No way I'm paying 1.5% to go through Coinbase.

Just go to an ATM and take out 750 for two bucks. As another poster said go to the MoneyPass website and find one with no fees.

This is me to a tee. Then again, this is how a layman like you or I gets an edge at gambling. None of us are Daniel Negreanu, Billy Walters, or the MIT blackjack team.

So I'll continue to shop for +165 instead of +160 (especially if it helps me clear a bonus!), look for poker satellites to Sunday majors with 15% overlays, and regularly check for new promos at all my outs.

Absolutely, a few bucks in fees and it doesn't get any easier than this.

This is for those of you looking to reduce fees, not for those of you looking to avoid a paper trail (which you shouldn't do if you're winning serious money).

                                                1. Transfer bitcoin to bitpay card
                                                2. Create two Venmo accounts. You'll need two email addresses and phone numbers. Or you could use someone you trust for the second account.
                                                3. Link one account (account A) to your Bitpay card and link the other (account B) to your bank account you want the funds in.
                                                4. Using account A, send $$$ to account B.
                                                5. On account B, you'll have to confirm name, last 4 of SSN, and DOB to receive money above a couple hundred bucks.
                                                6. On account B, transfer your funds to your bank account.
                                                7. Wait a couple days for the funds to arrive in your bank account, and you just cashed out your bitcoin with no fees

I just completed all of these tonight and am waiting on step 7 now. Glad I cashed out some bitcoin when it was near its peak. Now if only we had a fee-free method to buy bitcoin...
                                                Venmo is owned by Paypal.

It's not IF you get flagged, it's WHEN you get flagged.

They will freeze your account for 4-6 months and wont release any of your money until you provide documents.

Try this 4-5 times and wait for the algorithm to flag you.

Made my first mistake. Did a test transfer from coinbase to my Bitpay card, transaction showing pending on Bitpay. Did some research and notice I enter the USD amount instead of the btc domination. What will happen now? Is that why it's pending on my Bitpay account?

This is one of the issues with this card. If you send more bitcoin in one go than allowed it can take up to 21 days for them to release the funds back to you.

I've just looked at the terms trying to find where it says this for you but cant locate it. Been mentioned previously and I have seen the term somewhere.

I would contact them and try and get it sorted out asap.

Did it tell invoice paid in full...i always copy and paste exact btc it asks for and once invoice pays it stays pending until one confirmation then becomes available it emails you when cleared...to many people over complicate things I use it all the time buy money orders at Walmart and post office easiest way or look for low fee ATMs

(FYI) With this card your not able to select a personalized pin for debit and ATM withdrawals, for those you wondering.

Question: Does Bitpay charge any fees for funds received from external Bitcoin wallets? I've notice Bitpay did not deduct any fees from the funds I sent from coinbase, but coinbase did.

The only load fee is if you add cash. Flat $4.95.

There should be zero loss/gain due to rate fluctuations with a card load (As I believe as soon as they see it arrive it is converted)

0.6% is probably the exchange rate premium I mentioned. It says in their terms that it is set by someone else but does not quote a rate.

0.6% is an awesome xchange rate premium if that is what it is. And not surprised no one has talked about it if so. Local banks in my country charge around 2% on top of spot rates.

I think BTC is here to stay as I just see it getting more popular even in my social circles (people that don't even gamble) AND Talk about quick cash! Was floored how quick and how large the amounts can be, just never thought I would see the day when all the other books try so hard not to pay. BTC book + this card is gold guys!
