I have so many pictures of wagers. There are even bigger amounts wagered. I remember when I first started betting I started with Bovada. That lasted like a month. It was like elementary school for bettors. Bovada was great but then I discovered 5D through SBR. This was in Sept 2013. I remember the first thing I had read was about Tony. All the bad stories. When I first signed up, I use to keep pdf files of the days wagers everyday because of what I had read. I let my guard down recently and only take snapshots on the ipad and iphone occasionally but there are many more pics. Many more BIG bets. Posting on the Ipad is a hassle. I'll stop for now and continue later. Like I said, I don't need to lie.Comment -

Take a look at those start times. I watched these fights. They started right after I placed my wagers. Look how much time later it was locked in than the listed start times. I was nervous as hell in anticipation and hesitated on the trigger. Anderson Silva is my favorite fighter, but that little hesitation move he made coming in to the ring was all it took for me to go the other way. His mind and actions showed concern and worry. Now look how far I am willing to go the other way on the mL spectrum. I put down $800 to make $100! That should be enough evidence that the mL doesn't mean anything to me. It's about who I like and how much I like it. Also about the times, I watched these events. If I wasn't watching, and the line was up, and I was at work too busy to research the fight aside from just looking at names I recognize on the 5D picks screen, should I have hesitated pulling the trigger on the bets? Would this count as past posting? I mean the times don't match up. Only difference is with this one I can speak with assurance as I watched it live. I would go to war if Tony tried to take this one from me since I knew what I had seen for sure. This Bundrage fight I locked it in with no tv or information or anything prior to betting. What position was I in to debate what time it started? Only thing I was sure of was my motive, my actions, and that the fight had just started or was about to start based on the lines information. That's it. What precedent would this set on fight wagers in the future? You could NEVER trust a line if you weren't in front of the TV. Jay, like others have said, you went about this wrong way. You need to understand the situation; it's an offshore bookie that has your money and suspects you've tried to steal from him. You should have shown more tact when dealing with Tony, sometimes you have to swallow your pride. That being said, you should receive the initial deposit back. Tony shouldn't keep your money just because you've pissed him off so badly. That's a special brand of back luck, betting big on a longshot, winning, and not only not getting your winnings but losing your initial investment. That's quite the swing if you really didn't know the fight had already ended. Good luck.Comment -
Thanks Bumdeal. I agree I could have played nicer on the chat and stroked his ego a lot more. I challenged his god complex. You guys are right. I think all the horror stories of talking to Tony online is what made me take a strong stance to talking to him. In my eyes at that moment after he called me all the names, the only thing worse than him taking my money was to suck up to him and have it taken anyways. I don't think I took it too far as is, but maybe the honey and flies approach as suggested above would have worked better. Maybe not, and then it would hurt more.Comment -
People dont complain because they pay out the small time winners, but if you somehow manage to win significantly more than you've lost/deposited then you might run into excuses and bans from them. They have no real regulations so they can pretty much do whatever they want. This is why our govt needs to stop listening to vegas lobby and legalize/regulate online wagering...Comment -
