Agreed. Shari please note in one of my discussions with the GC last October they said it would be fine, the delay because of the size of their client base. They told me they have 225,000 customers! Imagine the number that have a positive balance on their account and haven't asked for a withdraw yet.

Then they send us yet another holding email this morning! Already had a Christmas affected by these, banking on some Christmas spirit that never happened. I know they acquired some Asian high rollers in a previous merger and wonder what their situations are?

Do we have enough evidence now to have the two lemons arrested by Australian Police? I am on stand by to make a Police statement in my country if required.

Peter Lord is a prominent racehorse owner. Given his actions here, lodge complaint with racing Vic and racing NSW integrity services suggesting he is not a fit and proper person to be a registered racehorse owner and should be warned off Australian racecourses.

This seems an excellent idea.

Perhaps Mr.Lord and company could understand that he would be better off paying off the customers or this situation will follow him around like a bad smell.

A while ago I phoned canbet and managed to find out who the external auditor was. The company was called: Pricewaterhouse coopers

I want to see these arseholes pay for what they are doing and would be more than happy to pay for further legal action (Already payed money.gov but what a waste that was!!)

What a disaster. I already ask where we can find changes but no one replied, Canbet updated their:

I didn't notified about any of this changes from Canbet, but I think that their duty is to notify players when make changes in their rules.
This rule I found on Promotion and Competition Rules which last updated on December 24th, 2012, so before your promotion.I am not sure about this, hopefully you are in right.

I'm sure that changes in T&Cs can't be applied retrospectively. Nor can they take away any legal rights to which you may be entitled.
