Since this is being collected for legal reasons I wonder if deletion of posts can be constituted as destruction of evidence? Any thoughts?

Today formally denounced my value outstanding at SBR, IBSA, GC.
I deposit was on 10/11/2013 (did not know the problems that Canbet was in, and I was even more outraged by already being in trouble and GC have allowed them to continue to encourage punters to deposit).
also questioned today moneybookers, about the possibility of canceling deposit made.

This email was their response to my email, since I had the account with + / -2 euro negative, and questioned why (I think it was inactivity rate).

Noted that never had any of Canbet bonus. Was normal deposit.
I'm waiting for the money since November 18

If they intended to pay why is this the first peep out of Peter in a month? Why did he register a new company and create an exact replica website on Jan 8th and yet three weeks later submit legal documents to the Australian Govt declaring IGAS insolvent? Three days after his own deadline to you guys was missed. Since all the clients they purport to represent on the Results Int website are the exact same ones listed on the IGAS site minus one very glaring omission - Canbet - that would indicate it was that entity to whom they owed cash, they've attempted to erase their association with it and since they couldn't pay it, that was their reason for declaring their insolvency. I would be very curious to know the reason Peter will give to ASIC for now saying that he is "still working through the backlog" of a company he declared 7 days ago was insolvent. Why would he even have access to Canbet's records if "all correspondence should now be directed to the controlling entity Delta"?! And where exactly would that cash come from and if he had it why wouldn't he have paid it then? It's magically appeared now? Oh sorry... whenever he works through that backlog? I could go there tomorrow and work through those accounts in half a friggin day if that. It's not rocket science. Such bullsheeit.

I'm also sure that after not hearing from him in a month it's just a coincidence he contacts SBR now after the same weekend where 1. I visit his office 2. I'm told many things about him and his business dealings or lack thereof 3. we all piece together the puzzle that should've been pieced together MANY months ago by people with many more resources than just individual lowly posters on a forum 4. the police, lawyers and many media outlets have been contacted 5. it's confirmed to me he's watching this thread closely, seeing every post where people talk about how they've been affected by their "allegedly" stolen cash. Yeah just one old big coincidence. I'm looking forward to hear what ASIC has to say about it all.

I'm visiting a corporate lawyer tomorrow afternoon and a criminal lawyer on Friday morning so I'll let you guys know how it goes. In the meantime don't stress about the posts that were deleted... it was nothing important and it was all stuff that's been posted across several forums well before SBR picked up the Canbet case. I have been printing out each page of this thread anyway and as we learned this wknd with Peter and his various attempts at scrubbing info, nothing is ever lost on Senor Google. Keep chatting in here and posting info you may have/find but just stay away from the personal stuff and death threats. This thread is a Disney movie compared to many I've seen on here so all should be good if everyone follows those guidelines.

Oh and keep a lookout for any new sites that pop up with the same template as Canbet, offering stupid bonuses and with a Phillipines license. I listed a couple of the names in here already unless they've been deleted too and also look for any with asia in their name.

I'm owed over £500 and to be honest i've written it off. But if there is a glimmer of hope for all of you that have a lot of money tied up in this mess it's worth trying to bring these people to justice. Shari, for your info I have also made a freedom of information request to the GC and I'm hoping it will be with me shortly. I have basically asked for all documentary evidence pertaining to the GC statements that Canbet had suffiecient funds to pay all outstanding accounts. This included the information supplied to the GC by the Auditors. As soon as i have it, I'll make it public on here. The GC have been appalling in just about all the correspondence with me. They don't reply or if they do it's long after the timescale that they set. Then they just provide stock answers that say nothing (similar to what other have posted on here). I have threatened the GC with legal action if they fail to provide this information.

Fingers crossed all - i'll update when i can.

hi everyone. im a uk customer thats owed £4500 by canbet. i cant offer up anything that hasnt already been said but i sincerely want to thank everyone for all this anazing work. its only coming here everyday and reading all these posts that gives me some hope. i can only offer a contribution to legal expenses if it comes to that. id be interested to know where peter and graeme think there gonna get a license for this new sportsbook. vanautu has been giving out cheap bookmakers licenses, especially to aussie scammers that set up there, make no contribution to the australian racing industry and avoid tax. theres a wave of them there. a quick google search verifies that fact. im glad there starting to feel the heat. right must conquer wrong.

This is my first post and have been following this thread since the issues escalated. I would like you to know that I am also owed money in the figure of £xxxx.

Thought I'd throw this out there so people know how these guys are living.
Peter Lords property says lot 11 on earlier page in this forum. If you look at this site it shows both lot 11 and lot 12 were purchased at the same time each for 2.75 million dollars.(Only an Assumption but look like both are owned by him, would too weird of a coincidence that someone bought the place beside him for the exact same amount on the same day.)

Strange actions for a Director who has just shut down over 100,000 accounts with a book that's been going since 1995 that clients thought was relatively safe with the GC licence. You would have thought he would be down sizing in the circumstances.

That's not a path anyone should be seriously contemplating. Many hundreds of people have been affected by the alleged behaviour of the directors, and despite the obvious anger, the talk in here needs to focus on proactive, legal methods of seeking justice. Media exposure of Peter Lord and Graeme White, plus scrutiny of the UK Gambling Commission's dealings with Canbet before they wound up, are 2 areas that offer hope.

Let's wait to see what Shari has to say regarding her meeting today with the corporate lawyer.

I agree with Mojo theres actually a bigger issue at stake and that has to do with dealing with the UK Gambling Commission and IBAS. If this can be allowed to happen your money is as safe in Europe as it is in Curacao or Costa Rica. This is why this needs to be pursued.

I was wondering yesterday on the role of GC in this case. I do not know British law and the British structure of the system ( under the word system I understand the English government , bureaucracy , etc.). But if their e-mail address has the " gov ", it must somehow be associated with the British system , isn’t it?

And if the GC is associated with the British system, it must be supervised by someone or some state authority, isn’t it ? Does anyone of you, guys, realizes who oversees the GC? And if so, could you provide a link to a web site and email address?

It seems to me that it's time to force the GC to any action . If they have some control over the bookies, they should start supervising the bookies. And if they do not have any real control, their organization should be just closed.

Furthermore, I believe that it is worthwhile to also write to the British newspapers, because Canbet robbed probably many British players. We have to write not only about Canbet, but GC as well. State organizations (or related to the state ) are particularly vulnerable to the negative vote of media everywhere in the world, I think. The more of us would inform the media, the better, I think.

Guys , especially those from the UK, what newspapers would best for this case?

P.S. Sorry for my English. I hope at least I was understandable.

I've been told by the Insolvency services that Canbet are still active and haven't even begun insolvency proceedings.The guy checked on all 3 "sources" he had at his disposal and remembered me phoning up about CB a fortnight ago.He's given me an email address to contact and ask them to look into these "Mongs" whereabouts and what's going on.I was really pleased to see everyone's efforts on here as I hadn't logged on for a while and I feel mentally recharged about all this.I was losing the will, so thanks everyone and keep it up.
