Could Uruguay make it to the Semifinals?

S.Korea don't match up well against Uruguay, they are at their best when playing a team who comes onto them and plays a high defensive line. They like to control the midfield, very good passers and technical players who exploit holes in teams and break at speed.

However, there is a big weakness in the team, the defense! having a defense like that against the likes of Suarez, Forlan and Cavanni is asking for trouble. I don't think people realized just how talented alot of the Uruguay team is. They play a controlled game, don't give the opposition space, press in the right areas and break fast. With those strikers they can play a more conservative game, all they need is a few chances to put away a team.

Ghana will attempt the rope-a-dope tactic and try to catch Uruguay on the counterattack. The problem is that Uruguays defense is pretty solid and their chances will be limited and they'll need to take advantage of any lucky breaks. I would expect a low defensive game as no one will want to make a mistake.

Congrats Jimmy, people can say whatever they want about Suarez but he did the right thing putting himself on the line for the team. Anyone who fights for their team would do what he did in that position, he got the right punishment but he had to put his hands up to save the team, it's Ghana's fault for missing the penalty.

Netherlands is the play in the semi finals I don't know how Uruguay pulls another heroic game without Suarez, it was amazing and they deserved it, but Netherlands will bulldoze past them with the referees all over their balls as they were in the Brazil match.

The referees are usually busy cleansing the asses of the brazilians, so it's a nice change aint it. If they cant beat a shitty Holland then they aint worth shit.
