SOV I want to see what all this talk abotu Germany is about. I think they will come out flat to start but we will see.

btw, you will be my number 1 advisor this WC. I have been watching soccer for 15 years but I have a feeling you will clean up this WC.

            Looks likely.
German media say Muller will replace Trochowski. good move, Muller was much better during the last matches

If you saw my thread on this game, you'd know I'm only taking the piss with my list. It's merely a homer grasping at straws and hoping for a win. I realise Australia are facing a next to impossible task to win here, but I'd rather have my money on them in this one as I believe heart can outweigh talent when it comes down to it.

Really? From what I've seen from him in the Champions League he seemed useless. Awkward, not mobile at all. Haven't watched much of him in the Bundesliga though.

Out of the 7 matches played so far, 5 of them have been draws at half time. However Germany do look good, and could take the early lead. Be careful. Good luck.

Spot on, the way he plays at times useless is a kind description. Alot of these new players are being blown way out of proportion, none are serious world talents but that German spirit might get the best out of them.

Well, I was talking about the last friendly matches of Germany. Trochowski was injured for a long time and was the weakest German player vs. Bosnia and Hungary while Muller showed good performances. That's why Muller is the better option imo

If Garcia is playing then it's virtually 11 on 10. The aussies need Emerton to start or we're no chance. Pim is saving Harry Kewell for the more important Ghana and Serbia matches. Interested to see how many minutes he gets as a sub today

I doubt Bresciano will play aswell, hes not fit

One of the guys on SBS said they'll only play Kewell if they're trailing. From the look of everyone's bets, I'm thinking he'll be playing 86 minutes +

2-0 OR 3-0 Germany. Germany play very disciplined and they are always strong and have a powerful shot. If my prediction is off I will be pissed off.

England, Serbia, Argentina etc. all haven't looked at their best. Be better to bet low in the first games. Teams will be a lot better in their second games.
