Don't get the "gated community" confused...Most of the time people think of a gated community there is guards at all exits that allot cars/people in...This was a gated in apartment complex that didn't have guards working the entrances, it just had gates around it, and anybody could enter/exit as they please.
A 17 year old was shot and killed. We don't don't if a murder happened, I'm sure you weren't there at the scene watching from your patio.

Lou - the dad was visiting the mom at HER townhouse in the 'gated community' which just means the complex has a wooden beam at the car entrance if you've ever driven in an Apt complex. The dad lives in Miami and his fiance - the mother - in Sanford and they were visiting.
He was suspended from school multiple times - the 'empty bag' incident also yielded the pipe/dugout in his possession where he'd smoked it up...and a bag of womens jewelry and various tools with a screwdriver and lock cutters etc. So lets lay it ALL out.
And as was posted in another thread - sure most of us have smoked weed at some point but that needs to be in the mix along with pictures from 10 years ago and the narrative that 'he was just looking forward to college and playing with his friends'.Comment -
