        Raker not trying to tell u what to do but id lay off the the supplements for first 3 months. Your body will grow most in this period and u wont feel the full benefit that supplements will give once the testosterone in ur body has done 98% of its thing...Personal experience..

                I left out the fact that they shipped a 19lb box with those dimensions and only charged 5.95 flat UPS residential delivery charge.

                Many of you that ship packages know that's a very low fee for that weight/size of box

                        I don't have motivation to work out at home. When I'm at the gym the sense of being around other people forces me to workout.

                        When I try to workout at home, I'll start working out then I'll often just stop and watch some TV.


                        Also consider that many health insurance providers will reimburse your gym membership as much as $150.00 USD annually. (Assuming you fill out the form correctly and send in a copy of your receipt)

                          it's expensive if you buy all those supplements and sign up for a year gym membership then only go to the gym for the first two weeks and your supplements rot in the cabinet.

                            Supplements don't work... unless you are doing a Muscle Milk, Met-rx, or enhanced weight gainer for size/extra calories. All that other pill stuff... to get your ripped or BIG/HUGE isn't going to work.

                              I only use whey. that's it. all the rest is a waste of money. and surely when you aren't eating good.

                              there are probably guys who use animal pack and other supps and then eat pizza, burgers, ice cream all week

                                      Does anyone still take creatine to get big? I know it's mostly water weight from it that makes you look big. I just wondered if it's part of most of the supplements, people don't use it much or what the deal is with it since I don't hear much about it anymore.

                                                  1. Protein
                                                  2. Creatine - proven in clinical studies (actual legit studies) to help performance (not endurance)
                                                  3. Multivitamins
                                                  4. Omega fats
                                                  5. ZMA

                                                  Almost everything else is BS, you are better off taking steroids if you want to spend thousands getting ripped.

                                                      you just wasted a lot of money, take it from someone that used to be a supplement junkie... 95% of the shit out there is placebo. whey and bcaa's is the only thing you just be buying from a supplement company. They prey on uninformed noobs that think they can get big quick..... Lol go to the dark side and do a cycle if you want quick results, because there's no supplements that are going to be shortcuts.

                                                        I used to buy supplements a lot too. They are a waste. At one point I had beta alanine, arginine, maca, White Flood, Green Magnitude, Plasma Jet, GNC Weight Gainer, Nano Vapor.

                                                        I would waste tons of money on that. The only thing that truly gave me a lot of energy was caffeine and 12mg of ephedrine. I don't recommend ephedrine to anyone because there are dangers to it but the boost was amazing.

                                                        And all the workout programs people recommend were crap also. I didn't see a difference till I started doing the same exercise multiple times a week.
