The majority of them put in less than $5
At a time and mostly with loose change. About 2 years ago I was at a gas station in Hollywood and this black chick had a was in a brand new Range Rover with a couple friends in the car and was asking for a few bucks from people at the pumps

One time I filled up my truck at the gas station and it came to over $100, the black chick at the register called the other blacks from the back of the store to see it. She said, "no five dollars in the tank for you".

This story has the Jesse Smellet feel about it. The whole premise is not plausible. "Someone" bust into the garage and hangs a noose up without being detected? Yeah right, if that's the case you better up your security because I've been to auto races before although never to the round in circle kind, and the pits and garages are always high security areas. It will come out that it was an inside job probably put there by another black dude because as a white dude who comes from down south near Homestead FL, the real racist have moved on to a more subtle form and are shunning the overtly historical signs of racism.
