I was curious about his statement because i would think a lot would after they get what they wanted would kill the hostage so there is no chance he can identify them. All i kept finding were child abductions and even those were unfortunately found dead at a 70% rate i think it was.

I guess it depends on what "Rarely means" 99% i don't know. I am really curious now but cannot find any stats on this . On the one hand i would think many would die because they do not want any witnesses or any chance of that hostage picking up something that may expose them. But on the other hand to kill someone puts you on another whole level of trouble should you get caught. At least if the hostage lived they will not go away for life and maybe even get out after a couple years.

If its just some random kidnappers I don't see the point of killing him. Only person who would kill him would be doing it out of vengeance ie his wife or someone he knew real well, but why would they wait till now to do that when they probably known him for so long?

Correct. A lot of serial rapists kill their victims for that reason. Some get off on murdering as well, but it's mostly so they can't be identified.

How could you say they r stronger than ever? The main guy of the operation is dead or ran off. Before all this they were having issues wth employees stealing Credit Card info. Tony was the guy who kept 5dimes employees and players worried bout taking shots. Was he perfect..maybe not..but he got the job done. That's exactly what I commented on. It got erased and i came back and basically stated that I understood the sensitivity of it and Opti decided to run me for a day

I understand that many of the admin here know Tony but to censor comments from a newspaper is a little harsh? I've seen only a few posts that were actually disrespectful

How about just erasing all of the threads concerning this matter if it's going to mean posters getting run when making comments about what was stated in the media. We have no idea what the boundaries are here.
