Problem with all the weight loss is Dave only covers half the crease when he plays goalie now.

ANOTHER five pounds! Has been a pretty incredible run... my next update on the 15th will mark the halfway point of 6 months.
I just hope I don't gain it all back at the bash.
Thanks again for all of the well-wishes and support you guys have given, means a lot to me
I, personally, have never had problems losing weight.. because I chose not to try
but great job dave.. but do NOT slack for a second.. you are losing weight fast because of all the changes you have gone through (puberty, etc.. LOL)
naah.. just messing with ya.. the move to SA,tx, new job, new people, more resposibilities.. more headaches.. all contribute to weight loss.. when you get settled-in (as in you feel right at home and don't miss your previous life), that is when the weight can come back fast.. be dilligent bro.. I am rooting and pulling for ya!!

#219Wow, wasn't at the computer for most of the day yesterday, didn't see all of these responses, thanks so much again everyone!
BTJ, the problem with pics is that my "After" pic is still a fat bastard, haha. Granted, he's definitely LESS fat, but I still have a long way to go. I think the 6 month mark (August 15th) is a good a time as any though to reveal some before and afters though, so look for those in my next updateComment -

Wow, can't believe I actually lost a couple of pounds since the last update. I'm expecting August to be a big problem month... between my GF being here, and then the Vegas trip (can't imagine I will be diet-friendly there), and then my brother coming to visit the last weekend of the month, my next weigh in might be the first update that I *gain* weight.
That said, I'm so far ahead of any and all expectations I had that I'm okay with that. 73 pounds in half a year? I'd have been happy getting to this point in a full year.
Thanks again for all the support. Maybe pictures soon.

#225Not too much, I had a lot of clothes from when I wasn't this heavy, so its like getting hand-me-downs from my old thinner self, haha. Did just have to drop $100 on a few new pairs of jeans the other day.

Wouldn't be much point in keeping this thing running if I wasn't being honest with my updates. Gained NINE pounds this last two weeks.
No surprise really... between Vegas trip and having my brother in town, it was a lot of food and a lot of alcohol.
Serves as a nice punch in the face reminder though... some people can take a few days off to enjoy themselves. I can't. A few days off when you don't have the ability to feel full can erase weeks and weeks of hard work and will power.
Frustrating, but it is what it is. No sense in dwelling on it now. Back to work.Comment -
