Honestly the problem begins with putting some unqualified asshole in charge of "protecting" the neighborhood...he is not trained to deal with different situations...even if his intentions were good...kinda gotta fault his ass IMO....if someone approached me who wasnt a cop I wouldnt give them ANY respect....plus the guy has a GUN....gimme a break....Zimmerman IMO is 100% guilty of wrongdoing just from the fuckkn start...right??

Zimmerman shouldn't have persued him, but u cannot convict based on the evidence I've heard. Media hype machine turned this into a race thing. The kid kicked Zimmermans ass, he got scared and shot him. Maybe on purpose , maybe by accident , only person who knows that is George. The judge IMO tried to help the prosecution on almost every ruling but they still couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt. That's why they aren't in private practice. You both are missing the things called FACTS here. Zimmerman did not approach him he was following him guiding police in to check him out...fact

Carpe- in Zimmerman's eyes it WAS necessary to fire seeing as he was on the bottom getting his head whipped into a sidewalk....that is UNDISPUTABLE that it occurred so by just that alone he is justified and for a bonus you can add Martin's friend testifying that the beating was a hate crime because he saw a cracker and a niggah remember? And one last bit that you can choose to believe or not but Zimmerman stated that as he's yelling when witness Good was there yelling at them to stop....that Martin said quote "shut the penetrate up...you gonna die tonight motherfukker" which is even more justification.

Well I simply cannot find him guilty of second degree murder, because it just isn't there. the prosecution should have never went for second degree murder. I do think that he should have to pay some type of price though. I'm not really sure what though.

I also feel that the judge seems to be on the prosecutions side, so this trial doesn't seem to be fair IMO.
