If I was Arun I would have started another thread in players talk myself after Heritage's comment that not getting paid is a risk of the business though.

I agree it is a risk of the business, with 100% of that risk on their side if the money does not make it to the player.

Hope they look after you Arun. If not it will simply prove being reasonable with a book doesn't work. Better to act like a crazy turkey if you want them to do the right thing by sounds of their attitude.

As for the legal issue for players. Nothing to worry about imho, business as usual. As long as the book replaces the seized finds of course.

Been awhile but in case anyone still cares: Heritage has paid me in full for the wire I lost - major props to them to do so even though they got completely cheated in the process.

I don't know what that means for the rest of US bettors in general - I personally am not going to risk depositing anywhere given the inherent dangers there seems to be in withdrawing. Only can hope the government eases off and finds some more useful things to do than bug innocent people who are just betting on games, mostly for recreation.

It's the risk of doing business with US citizens. So they should have re-paid you. Maybe props if they had done it without argument.

They should automatically repay anyone this happens to.
