They lost this round. If the left does not fire it up a notch the right will dismantle this in less then a year. They have the House, don't see them losing that. The could easily win the White House. They also could easily pick up a majority in the Senate. And since this has been ruled a tax they only need a simply majority in the Senate to over turn it.
The left is holding on to this by a very weak thread right now.

That is the left's MO. Bunch of pathetic speakers sprinkled in with a handful of guys who will fight. When Bernie Sanders a independent has to yell the loudest u have to wonder which side the Democrats are on.

typical Fox news misleading bullshit for their minions. You would think after being caught in England of doing all kinds of illegal things and bullshit like this people would reach the age of reason and stop taking them seriously.
How much do you believe of what’s on that “trusted” news broadcast? A recent Florida ruling suggests that your favorite news anchor can say just about anything and pose it as truth, even if it’s a complete fabrication.A Florida Appeals court ruled that it is legal for press organizations to lie, conceal, or distort information. The decision, which reversed the $425,000 jury verdict in favor of Fox Television journalist Jane Akre, declares that no law is being broken if false information is given in a television broadcast.
In the August 2000 trial, Akre charged she was pressured by management and lawyers to air what she knew and documented to be false information in a story about the use of growth hormones in dairy cows. The six-person jury was unanimous in concluding that Akre was fired because she threatened to report the station for pressuring her to report the false information.
Fox’s attorneys’ arguments failed on three separate occasions, in front of three different judges, to have the case dismissed since there is no hard, fast, and written rule against deliberate distortion of the news. The attorneys argued that the First Amendment gives broadcasters the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports on the airwaves.
In a written decision, the Court held that the Federal Communications Commission position against news distortion is only a “policy,” not a promulgated law, rule, or regulation.

I am not too shocked by this decision. I don't think it's the worst bill but it sure can be improved though. They could make it better.

WTF are you talking about. Obama only let the Bush Tax cuts expire for the elite upper class. All the other tax cuts under bush will keep getting extended under Obama.
Another reason Obama is pissing off his base.
But, hell - I will bite, what separates Romney and Obama on any issues, but we will stick to fixing this economy?

I no what he's saying I agree the one percent are screwing everyone, but it's always been around and always will be now explain how Obama is more middle class friendly
Moments after the Supreme Court ruled it was largely upholding President Barack Obama's health care law Thursday, conservatives zeroed in on the court's decision to allow the law to stand...
But it's a heck of a talking point and will likely play well with many voters. I'm convinced most voters do little research and will respond to who ever gets their message out the best. Romney's sudden cash (he and the Pac's supporting him were already on course to out spend Obama) will help get stuff like this out there.
Again not good news for team Obama.
If voters actually knew what they were voting for, Washington would not look like it does.

I will say it again, the last President that was Middle Class friendly was Bill Clinton.
This election has two demographic representatives. And only that on very nuanced issues.
Romney = upper echelon (the 1%ers if you will)
BO = whatever class is under middle class.
Paul = killing the fed
If you are below the middle class, and you are voting for Romney, you are a goddamn moron. If you are in the 1% and are voting for BO, you are a goddamn moron.
There aren't choices in this election.

Want me to tell you some Cronkite stories?
You found one ten years ago and what Rather said was basically true? How about when the gay toe tapper (Larry Craig i believe)in the Republican party got caught in the bathroom trying to score some rooster. Fox News told the story but put a D next to his name. This i call very misleading. How about when the other gay bird was messin around with the Pages. Mark Foley i believe his name was. Same thing. Fox talked about it and then put a D next to his name in another shameless attempt to mislead. These are down right lies a child should be able to see. I don't have a problem with gays but i do have a problem with gays who fight against the rights of gays . They would be called deceiving hypocrites. Or Republicans take your choice.
And attempt to answer it without saying neo con or faux news
i can't u won't believe anything i say so what is the use? If u really don't know this answer it explains a lot.

Libertarian presidential nominee and former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson issued this statement in response to the Supreme Court ruling:
“It has been clear for a while that we need a new President and a new Congress. Now it appears we need a new Supreme Court.
“Whether the Court chooses to call the individual mandate a tax or anything else, allowing it to stand is a truly disturbing decision. The idea that government can require an individual to buy something simply because that individual exists and breathes in America is an incredible blow to the bedrock principles of freedom and liberty. It must be repealed, and Congress needs to get about doing so today.
“There is one thing we know about health care. Government cannot create a system that will reduce costs while increasing access. Only competition and the price transparency that competition will bring can accomplish the imperatives of affordability and availability. Whether it is the President’s plan or the Republican prescription drug benefit, the idea that anyone in Washington can somehow manage one of the most essential and substantial parts of both our quality of life and the economy is, and always has been, fundamentally wrong.
“We can never know how many Americans are out of work today because of the uncertainty the monstrous health care law has caused. The Court has done nothing to remove that burden.
“Nothing about today’s decision changes the basic reality that it is impossible to eliminate deficit spending and remove the smothering consequences of federal debt without dramatically reducing the costs of Medicare and Medicaid. And neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have given the slightest hint of willingness to do so.”
Libertarian Dan Cox for U.S. Senate of Montana, who’s running in a high-profile race that could determine the balance of power in the senate, said:
“Chief Justice John Roberts (a Republican President George Bush appointee) cast the deciding vote that declared Obamacare constitutional. For years the argument has been that we need to vote Republican, so we can get good Supreme Court justices. I guess that theory has been blown wide open. It is a very sad day for America when the Republican majority Supreme Court is openly trying to destroy the Constitution.
“Don't worry though Mitt Romney is going to save us? Really? The father of Romneycare is going to save us? Did you know that Romney is standing next to campaign signs that say repeal and replace Obamacare? Is that what we want? Do we really want to replace Obamacare with Romneycare? I don't think so.
“We need to stand together against these unconstitutional Democrats and Republicans. Liberty needs your vote more than ever.”
Libertarian Andrew Ian Dodge for U.S. Senate who’s running in a six-way race in Maine against a Republican and Independent former Maine Governor Angus King (who endorsed Barack Obama) issued this statement:
“The SCOTUS decision to uphold Obamacare deals freedom and individual liberty another hammer blow. It allows the federal government to penalize American citizens via taxation if it disapproves of our behavior and upholds the largest tax hike in recent American history.
“Republicans are as responsible as Democrats for this sad day. Sending yet another republican senator to D.C. will not help matters. And sending already declared Obama yes-men masquerading as independents will not help either.
“There’s only one way to restore freedom: Vote Libertarian!”
