I voted no. His drug use, especially the.oxys, is out of control. This is coming from a recreational drug user for 15 years. He is just a total loose cannon, and is likely to flip his lid again, this time much worse.

I say no also. I think it is horrible to do things that he done before and I think that he should never be allowed back for threats like that. The only way is for the mods to allow him according to me is a complete apology to everyone in the forum of how he will not ever do those things ever again.

Thank god for that 66% margain clause. This thing is tight. The only way that I could say yes is if you limited Bateman's posting ability but this a free forum and that's taking away his freedom. It just wouldn't work. When he's threatening your family that's too much. You just can't have threats whether it be on the internet or not .This is supposed to be our outlet as gamblers and sports fans and when things become legitimately confrontational, that's a problem. I don't dislike Bateman( we were talking about the Jersey Shore, I actually thought that he was an okay dude). Threats are a step too far. Maybe like an athlete on steroids (he does drugs)---give him a 60 day suspension if he stay's clean? Otherwise forget it
