Bateman was banned for threatening people including an SBR employee and their child. He also insulted me and my wife.

I recommend FOR the pardon. He has done his time and in my opinion deserves to be fully reinstated. Those who disagree may state their case in this thread.

To reinstate Patrick Bateman with a full pardon the posters must approve the pardon by a 66% margin. Let the voting begin.

More pardons are coming. Bateman is a special case. His case required negotiated settlement within the SBR staff and a subsequent vote among the posters.

Many will be pardoned on Christmas Day without any kind of ratification. If the staff can not agree there will be other votes. I believe it is fair to over rule the staff if 66% of the posters vote for a pardon.

Seems analogous to Steve Howe in some ways.
