SBR Store discontinuing sportsbook rewards

Great, now I can just save my SBR points monthly instead of gambling it away daily. Be good use for a five guy Burgers card. Hopefully the gift cards isn't affected either.

In the meantime I will ask Sam to make more gift cards available like pre paid Mastercards and such. As most know we stopped allowing points transfers in the Service Plays forum because of lawsuits from scum...errr, touts,(my apologies) whom claim players are in essence buying the picks from SBR.

The points program is a very simple concept but it also can be twisted to make it look like something it is not.

John there's still a loophole in the service plays forum that allows the posters to nominate posts to get points. If your intention was to comply with that fool and the similar fools who are no doubt out there it should be closed.

fukkin govt really needs to get its priorities straightened out. i don't care if they close all offshore eventually BUT they better find a way (SOON) to tax gaming like in australia and the UK and let americans play as we want with our money. this is getting ridiculous.

A tout sued SBR? So they actually flew down to Costa Rica and filed a lawsuit? LOL. I have a few friends that filed a lawsuit against a CR company back in 2003, and it just went to trial this year. 8 years later. Pretty common in CR.

This shit with the Government stepping in on our gambling is strait ******* bullshit. Why dont they spend some of these millions that their are utilizing to "Fight the horrible war against gambling" and give it to the hundred thousands of homeless in the U.S. This is absolutley ridiculous.

No. They tried in state court in the US and when that failed they went to Federal court. It's just part of doing business. Some call these guys and their partner lawyers; copyright trolls.

Not the point.

I actually have a balance at the book I would get free cash. I would withdrawal the $250 before adding the $250 free cash. So I was getting cash for my points. The free plays and free cash are better "point to cash" value to me. But I will adjust on this.

Again, I hope it's temporary.
