The system is 3-4 right now with 3 pending....hardly a bankroll buster....just in case anyone is wondering...we wont be able to hit 80% every night.....ebbs and flows to this thing.....ebbs have been rather small while the flows have been large....not sure what the problem is.........tomorrow is another day....and if you are me....its a long one

LOL.......dude........settle. LGO and I have had our differences the past month. But, he's been kicking ass with his "system" plays. All players hope/wish other players kick their book square in the face. We're all on the same side there. But, "systems" have come and gone since the beginning of gaming. Over time, most fail. In all my years I've never seen a "system" hit for even 60% over a decent sample size period of time (min of a year). LGO's system will most likley come back to 50%-55% over time........and I only say that based upon history.

Now.........with all that being said.........if you're going to ride the "system" through 70% winners thus far.....don't shit to bed the first time the system has a poor start/day.

What an odd night in the games. Bradley and Buffalo looked Golden more than half the way through and both cough it up big time, while ODU and Green Bay did not and they both sneak by. Seton fades late only to just pull it back together. Evansville fades late and just barely hangs for the push. That is why they call it gambling I guess and that is why I keep coming back for more!

LGO, the vast majority of us really appreciate everything you do.

Let's get these books tomorrow (and at 10:30)!

I had Evansville +6.5. Played all the early games plus MSU +18 and ended up coming up $20 on the night. Haha, and people were banging their head, freaking out like it was some disastrous loss. I guess that's a good sign when such a "bad night" yields a profit

I went 3-4-1 early games playing them all at the lines LGO LISTED. Some people aren't happy unless you win them all I guess. With 2 games remaining. still a chance for profit. I'm happier than a pig in slop. Play them all, don't try to cherry pick. jmo

That's an understatement. I saw your post above about your hectic day, just wanted to say congrats on a great record again and that you are doing a tremendous service to the site here. I hope you know that the fade tonight was nothing personal, just trying to catch a little piece of the market correction.

Keep doing everything exactly as you have been, making time for yourself of course. Two pieces of wisdom to stay on the straight and narrow and avoid some of the mistakes of past posters:

1) Be sure you're always posting widely available lines as the play. If you like something at +6, and it's +6 when you run it through the system for the last time, but by the time you sit down to post it's moved to +5, then either post it +5 or pass on the game. It's obvious in the past couple weeks that you are a standup guy without the ego issues that many tend to get with success. But a lot of guys in the past here have gotten greedy and will say things like "well, i got +6 earlier, sorry that there's only +5 out there now, i punched my bets in two hours ago." Then inevitably the game will land on 5. I've noticed so far, that if anything, you're posting lines that have actually moved the other way (i.e. you post +14 and there are some +14.5's out there). That's just fine, obviously. But like I said, it's clear you're a straight-shooter, so you really shouldn't have to worry about this.

2) Secondly, and this isn't terribly important, but when you go back to grade your plays each night, I'd recommend quoting yourself and adding the 'win' or 'loss' emoticons/etc. next to them, as opposed to actually editing the original post. Again, you've got only good intentions, so it's not that big of a deal, but it's technically proper 'play posting etiquette,' for lack of a better phrase.

Best of luck figuring out the time management side of things, as this has certainly become a second job for you it seems. I've got a family as well, and find that I get some of my best thinking/working/problem-solving/etc done b/t 5:30-6:30am and 9:30-10:30pm. You can also free up some time during the day to run the numbers by eating lunch at work. Easier said than done I know, but I ran a nine-employee company for 5 years as well, so I know how stressful it is. I scarfed down many a Subway sandwich on the copy machine between customers and phone calls. Cheers!
