When were the Lebanon checks issue? I'm waiting on my last check. I recieved my checks last month from a US processor. This is very odd to hear. Does the Administrator's on SBR know more information abut this issue?

Thanks for the response Shams....was hoping it would be an American check. My last two have seemed to come from Las Vegas. I am assuming after the big bust out there they are not. Just hope when I do mine the bank doesn't throw a fit about it.
Opening a bank there might not be a bad idea. Then you could just wire the funds to and from the account. Just curious if they require you to be there to open the account or if it's something that could be done online or over the phone.Comment -

I dunno StarB... I can ask my dad he actually just got back from Beruit two days ago... He'll know what you have to do to open one up... I can post it or PM you if you want with what he says about it... The good thing besides it being TAX FREE and besides the fact that it's hassle free with regards to how much or how you made it ...the other benifit is everyone there does business in US Dollars so no conversion should be needed... You may be right this could be a nice plus... I will look into it...

Not even a slight chance... They have money in there too... During the civil war in the 70's NO BANKS went under nor did even ONE bullet hit one... I was there in the 70's and it was a cluster f*ck to say the least... There is not many sites more horrific then war... I haven't seen anything that's even came close yet...
It's like the movie (can't remember the name) where the arms dealer who supply's both sides doesn't get f*cked with...

WOW! Ok as you can see from my post above I made a withdraw request on Monday evening the 6th around 5:30pm. I just received an email about 30 mins ago confirming my withdraw has been processed and would be delivered via FedEx within 7-10 business days.
I also paid a visit to live chat just to confirm and sure enough it was finished this morning and was sent out....
Before I had never received the email stating it was processed. Well this time I did. And it was processed faster than ever before. Were talking less than three days really since it was 5:30pm when I did it.
I will keep you guys updated and will let you know when I get it....next step will be seeing how my bank reacts to the check I get. Hoping I get lucky and will be an American check, but I doubt it. Trying to determine what bank I should use. I have a Fifth Third bank, Chase, Citibank, and Bank of America.Comment -

Nope never did in the past. Also if somehow I did and don't remember I have used a new card since then as well. I keep a log of who I have sent my info to and when. Sportsbook.com was not one of them.Comment -

My bank in the UK (Barclays) credited my account, then a few days later took the money back.
They are now waiting to collect the funds, which they say could

No to disappoint you but just because you receive an email saying the check has been sent, doesn't actually mean they have sent it. I received the same email August 1, and even received a tracking number earlier this week, but when I called fed ex, they said that only a shipping label has been printed and that nothing has actually been given to fed ex to ship. I talked to sportsbook about this and they said that usually the check is sent 3-5 bdays after the label is printed, so it is coming but they are pretty shady about these time frames.Comment -
Sportsbook withdrawal delays
I have been waiting for ACH for over 16 days now from the date that Sportsbook told me that it was sent. Over 5 weeks from the initial withdrawal request.
On an earlier withdrawal, received one of their Beirut drawn checks. My bank initially deposited it and then took the money back out of my account and sent the check back to me.Comment -
yep I got an email Monday with a tracking number and it's still sitting. Hopefully in the next day or 2 it should go out.
I've noticed that after I get an email that it was processed it takes about 8-10 days to get processed check. I'm at about the 5 week mark for most of my requests. But the next one coming is from the 24 of July. SO not sure of the order - the rest seem to be coming in orderComment -

I did I withdrawl July 30 through Mysportsbook. I receive a check Aug 9 via DHL. The check was cut on July 31. The check is from a US processor. I hope this will help.Comment -

The foreign checks are good, but your some banks won't take them at all, and others will probably charge a $40 fee for collection which will take 2-8 weeks. I talked to CS and they said that batch of checks was an error by the processor and they have fixed it, so no more should be sent, but I'll believe that when I see it.:
