I'm just curious what you people think. As it stands right now, do you think it is ethical to recommend an SB skin to a new player? pocketfives.com, which is a pretty respected poker forum is recommending PlayersOnly to its customers and when I posted and pointed them to this thread, they deleted it. Not only that, a mod posted in the same thread and said they were associates with SportingBet. What????? Aren't they a Jazette skin?

I think their advertised payout times would be particularly amusing to some posters here.

most forums are like that.. If playersonly is paying for the banner ad, no way will pocketfives take them down. If the mods were smart they would at least post a thread informing players that for the time being they should keep all withdrawal requests to under $2500

Sungus, and Marc, thank you for your replies. Sounds like BOA would make it very difficult on me if I chose to do so. If I was sure to receive my monies I wouldn't even think about charging back. I'm just to the point I don't know if they're trustworthy anymore. So much for that option. Back to patience!!!!!

I would not give up on BofA so quickly. It all depends on who you speak to. Their policy is that you have to show that you did not recieve the goods and services that you recieved. You just need to explain to them that the "service" in question is the ability to withdraw funds on demand. Point out that anyone can play the casino games for free money. So that isn't a service you need to pay for.

There are only 2 reasons not to do a **********
1) once things get better you want to be able to go back and play with them
2) the amount of money you are owed is more than you can charge back.

I don't see us getting paid this month. There is no way they mailed me any checks on may 4th. SInce there is no other update it can only mean that the checks haven't gone out yet. Time is definitely working against us.

I wouldn't be too upset over the fact that they linked PO to Sportingbet. Up until October of last year, they were under the Sportingbet umbrella. The mods might not have realized that sportingbet sold their US facing business to Jazette

May 2nd check not sent

I talked to CS again today and one of the ladies informed me the May 2nd checks weren't sent from the processor as I have been told for the past ten days. I asked to have it cancelled and they said they couldn't do that either. I'm supposed to call back and talk to a supervisor named "adam" on Wednesday as he told me he would have more information by then.

marc, they definitely owe me alot more than I can charge back. We're talking over $30,000 in pure profit. I also believe the bigger winners are being intentionally held up.

So are they saying that all that talk about having resent your funds 2 or 3 times were all lies. Did it really take them 8 weeks to realize that the money was never sent.

Just got off the phone with CS. My check for 8 G which was requested MARCH 27th is still unsent. It was supposedly sent April 27th and then again May 2nd.

Today they informed me that the check will HOPEFULLY be sent out by the end of next week.

I called VIP and they said they "guranteed" the funds would be there before Friday. This is the 3rd "gurantee" I've had since my first withdrawal attempt in Feb. I thought only people who had wires from that time frame were guranteed to get their cash. Of course, I use the term gurantee meaning to never see their money again. I'm waiting on 3 checks and have had similar stories. This weekend, they told me my check for $7,000 that was first requested in late March was sent out regular mail on 4/28. This is after first telling me that it was sent on 4/10. I also made withdrawl requests for 2k on both 5/6 and 5/7. I then got an email on 5/10 saying that my check withdrawl request from 5/6 was sent on 5/10. This weekend they confirmed this and said my request from 5/7 was sent on 5/11, but I never received an email on this one. I have no confidence in anything they tell me and just hope I get my $.
