It's all in the cookin. I like fried turkey, but my family goes the traditional roasted route. Soak in the brine for a couple hours, turn the bird as it roasts to cook it quicker and it's juicy and delicious. Giblet gravy, mashed potatoes with a turnip for every four potates, yams with carmelized brown sugar, green bean casserole. Fukk. I love it. Been starving myself for two days. Gonna be drunk and stuffed. Hope I can stay awake for all the games on my card.
Anyone else think that turkey is

#50turkey may not be the greatest thing going, but at least it is a huge cut above "chicken". anyone who gets those cooked chickens in the supermarket or tries to cook their own are stooping to the lowest possible form of food choices that are available today. "chicken" is poor people's food or cheap people's food and should not be sold, bought, or raised. chipped beef on toast would be a better choice. spam is rated above it. anything in a can is superior to "chicken".Comment -

#62Turkey is dry yes. Must be accompanied by a good gravy (plenty) and cranberry sauce to balance it out; by itself its as bad as boiled white chicken but without the stank.Comment -
