Yup today’s a short-term traders nightmare. Saw it coming at 10am and got the hell out. Sure, there’s some good buys out there but you’re likely late to the party on most of them if you didn’t get in PM. This has a 1,000+ loss day written all over it.

Such an exciting day I forgot to mention that I also shorted McDonalds at $182 for a 150 shares. Yeah Ronald can suck my McNuggets for the next couple of weeks. I'm lovin it.

Don't forget later today to look at the gold miners AU, GDX, GLD, AUY, especially if we sell into the close. Right now they are pulling back with the market but they will explode on the snap back in the near future.

And always have stops on all your stocks long or short so these surprise days don't pound your portfolio too hard.

Today there’s good discounts...that’s not a bad thing. This is why it’s important to set support prices and cash on the sidelines for when there’s an inevitable pullbacks.

Exactly. I'm looking into buying back into some stocks after close. IDEX starting to go back up and I think tomorrow could be a big day for them so I probably will get back in there. Yates continues to be high on it getting to over $5. Have a feeling it's got another big run coming up soon.

Edit: Just got back into IDEX at 2.86. It's flying up right now. Back over $3.

This game is hard for people with ADD like me. I did alot of research and bought DVAX at $6.25 about 10 days ago, but it didn't pop like expected so I sold it. Now its shot up over $8 today. That was my goal to flip it at $8 and make $500, but we keep getting bad news about this 2nd wave so I dumped everything.

I'm thinking about coming back in because DVAX is going to atleast $11 this summer!

Phew. Jumped back into IDEX at the right time at 2.86. The rocket's taking off again. Went from $2.85 to $3.10 in two minutes. Put a little back into SHLL at $16. Hoping to enjoy IDEX Round 2. Looks like they have a big conference tomorrow and then back to back showcase events next week.
