        It is as easy as contacting Customer Service Live chat or calling us at 1-800-5968946, if the mail system is not working for you for some strange reason then you need to contact us directly, Ask for a supervisor If you need to.
        Sure it's only $30 bucks but you need to follow the procedure so that we can follow up on your issue.

          Iam sure one of you GS guys can make it happen for him?

          It is sad anyway, customer service guys should be there to contact "department xxx" so he doesn´t have to.
          Reminds me of a big building of burocrats, where everyone is too lazy to actually walk 50 yards to make stuff happen for KING CUSTOMER.

            Sure, It will be taken care of as soon as he contacts us, I am on the live chat right now. He can contact me directly and we will handle this directly with a supervior or a Manager. I am not saying we are going to credit the guy the $30 because I cannot assure you that but I promise that we will check the records, scores and do our best to fix this.

                    if the wager was graded wrong in the system once it gets graded correctly doesnt that automatically correct the guys wager?

                    or is this book just re grading the players wagers that bitched?


                    i know from experience if its get fixed it gets fixed for everyone that bet the game.

                    how can this book be any different?

                      I never said I was not going to credit the guy the $30, I have never seen his account, If Cedrick said he won then Im sure he did but I don't know that so until I do I cannot assure anything but as of right now he has not contacted us, there must be a reason why. This would have been solved a while ago if the customer contacted us directly.

                        Yes, that is how the system works. But as far as I understand we did not have any complains about this wager, so it was never corrected. According to the house rules, Officially you have only **3** days to contact us and place a claim if you believe a wager was graded incorrectly otherwise we cannot do anything. However we are trying to help this customer, by having him contact us so that we can check it out but he has not done that.

                          so you graded a wager wrong and just decided to keep all the players that lost that actually won the wager as a loss unless they complained?

                          LOL! ever think maybe they didn't understand that they won or something else

                          i find that to be very bad way to run a book IMHO

                              Ok, you are not understanding, I have not seen the wager nor his account, from what my co-worker said I am assuming that it was wrong but no other customer said anything about it so it was left the way it was. (graded according to our Official Source ) If the customer for some reason feels like it was graded wrong he needs to contact us we will then study the case and look for alternative sources that can help us figure out if it was wrong or not. Unfortunately we cannot follow up on that until he contact us.

                                  Ok but this Thread is not at 2betdsi, A wagering Manager has not received the claim, All I am doing here is giving an advice to improve the service but I cannot Call and ask the supervisor to check it without the customer doing it first.
