#73It is as easy as contacting Customer Service Live chat or calling us at 1-800-5968946, if the mail system is not working for you for some strange reason then you need to contact us directly, Ask for a supervisor If you need to.
Sure it's only $30 bucks but you need to follow the procedure so that we can follow up on your issue.

or is this book just re grading the players wagers that bitched?
i know from experience if its get fixed it gets fixed for everyone that bet the game.

Yes, that is how the system works. But as far as I understand we did not have any complains about this wager, so it was never corrected. According to the house rules, Officially you have only **3** days to contact us and place a claim if you believe a wager was graded incorrectly otherwise we cannot do anything. However we are trying to help this customer, by having him contact us so that we can check it out but he has not done that.Comment -

Ok, you are not understanding, I have not seen the wager nor his account, from what my co-worker said I am assuming that it was wrong but no other customer said anything about it so it was left the way it was. (graded according to our Official Source ) If the customer for some reason feels like it was graded wrong he needs to contact us we will then study the case and look for alternative sources that can help us figure out if it was wrong or not.
