I think some people take offense to that because they say you can't win enough to recover hedging but I disagree for sure, especially in college hoops

I like UK and WV to cover the big spreads tonight. Not sure about a play but both of them are TERRIFIC in up-tempo games and Manhattan and Arizona State will play right into their hands. Manhattan can't take care of the ball AND they prefer to play up-tempo. Both spreads are on the high side but I just can't see these games being anything other than one sided affairs

I think Oral Roberts is probably worth a play at +3 now at home vs Tulsa. Tulsa just isn't any good and Haith is a moron. They lost to JAX State at home in opener and they got blown out by Wichita. They beat one of the worst teams in D1 by less than double digits next after being tied with them at the half. I guess Oregon State is a good win on paper but they are 2-4 on the year with home losses to awful Lamar and pretty bad Fresno State. My only worry is that ORU's 3 point defense is terrible and that is a good chunk of Tulsa's offense. On the plus side, ORU loves to pound it inside and Tulsa's interior defense is almost as bad as ORU's 3 point defense. I like taking the team that will be able to score inside easier even if they give up good looks from 3. Tulsa still has to make them and they've only been average so far this season. Turnovers will be a moot point and Tulsa MAY get a few more looks on the offensive glass but nothing crazy more than likely.

I think this could be a rock fight. Both teams are really similar IMO. Want to run and attack the basket/score inside. Minny does a solid job getting to the line and FSU isn't great at stopping people from doing that. The Lynch kid from Illinois State is a monster underneath defensively and could cause FSU problems scoring inside. Lynch sat out their last game though with an ankle injury. Not sure if he'll be back today or not

I'm an Indiana grad and I wish the Hoosiers had that consistent grinding approach like Butler! Butler is like the college version of San Antonio. They don't wow you athletically but they just have this selfless approach and just grind teams down! They beat North Carolina in the non-conference last year. They really are incredible for the limited athletes they get.

What the hell happened with these lines?? They moved against early and then they dropped 1/2 point to 1 point in less than an hour. Wisconsin did the same thing in the last hour. Not sure what to make of that??

Not sure why that matters so much.

If you have faith in AYO and what he's able to accomplish in NCAAB then you're getting two of the 3 plays at a better line than he did. That's to your advantage.

Yesterday the line for Utah moved from +3 to pk an hour or so before tip off (not sure what i closed at) and Utah lost....

Moving half point to a point isn't major. Lines fluctuate ...

if anything and they went against the bets that is the best thing as a capper because now you know you are on vegas's side. I am sure Ayo is fine with taking CMU at -2 even though it is at -1 or -1.5

I have complete confidence in Ayo's ability and when I made the plays all three were at a worse number than he posted. When I checked the lines 45 minutes later, they were at better numbers than even Ayo posted. It was just an observation. It just seemed a bit weird that the four plays I have working had significant line movement almost simultaneously against my number. As I said, just an observation...and a little venting I guess.
