Too Good To Be True

We all know the expression....."if it's too good to be true it probably is"

That said, yesterday I start tracking a correlation of two events on the site DRATINGS. Their "projected total points" along with their "bet value" over/under analysis. Yesterday, when those two matched up on the under, and you played the under first half and under for the game, they went 11-1.

I was going to track some more before I shared this, but the results were so overwhelming I felt I need to start posting these plays so we can all track them together.

Plays get added throughout the day so I will try to update whenever possible, but I do have limited time. Also, due to time constraints I will not be posing the lines. Get the best line you can and I will use the current line when I post.

What do you foresee this as being successful? I mean successful in the form of accurately finding a profitable trend long term, not just small sample sizes. So far It looks random, picking home teams to cover or teams with more senior starters can net the same streaky results that all average out in the end. I'm all for testing theories but this one doesn't seem to correlate. I've seen nights before where 80% of home teams cover or Betting 100 on dog MLs between +130-+400 look profitable, but it's again, small sample sizes. You do this long enough you see freak nights where ONE thing looks like a gold mine. Just food for thought.

Excellent so far today. Thanks for spending the time and putting this information out there. The 2nd half/total of the St Bonny game ended up being a huge middle for me which I nailed by 1 point. Very similar situation in this St. Johns Xavier game. Thanks again.

FYI:

A little twist came up yesterday. Both the ID St. /Utah game and the UCLA/AZ St. games were plays when we posted them but later on DRATINGS took them down due to the metrics they look at. That seems to happen every day. Those two games went 1-3. Therefore, we will post the games a little later today to try and make sure that does not happen again.

Appreciate you posting. It seems like if you just play the first half you fair a little better. Have you kept track of 1st half compared to game what the record is. I myself just been playing first half because I don’t want all those bets plus it’s just a trial period. But yesterday 2-2 compared to 3-5 and day before 3-2 compared to 5-5. You are correct, the first half unders are performing better. I have always believed that if you play an under in a college BB game, you must play the first half under. Why? No over time, no intentional fouling, teams hold the ball for the final shot. These are just a few of the reasons I like first half unders.. Today we may have one or two winning first halves only to lose the game under.
