Thanks kid, it will be eventually. 2 weeks ago while walking my 2 1/2 year old mini schnauzer, he was attacked by 2 dogs(Great Dane and German Shepard) that were running around loose. He surprisingly survived the attack but there was too much damage to save him and he had to be put down. He was my best friend and was a difficult thing to see and deal with. We’ll get another little guy and life will move on but it’s been a rough stretch.

#22349My thoughts on the all stakes pick 5 at Churchill Saturday.
Race 7...On paper looks like a 2 horse race with #4 Dunbar Road 4/5 and #8 She’s a Julie 2/1, but both are coming off long layoffs. If either one fires off the bench, they should easily beat this field. #6 Vault 10/1, makes 2nd start off layoff for Brad Cox, who is real good in these spots. Blinkers off, best of the rest.
Race 8...#9 Sharing 3/1, the BC Juvenile Filly turf winner makes her 3 year old debut against a tough field in the Tepin mile. This one can win this, but I’ll be playing against and won’t use her at all. #2 Abscond 8/1 and #3 Walk In Marrakesh 10/1, both have a couple good efforts so far this year and both have a chance here. #7 Outburst 5/1, beat Walk In Marrkesh by a head in the Florida Oaks last out and should be part of the pace. #12 Moral Reasoning 12/1, always runs a good race and Joel Rosario picks up the mount for Chad Brown, dangerous. #14 Alms 3/1, is undeafeated in 4 races but the outside post could be a problem in a race with plenty of speed.
Race 9...#3 Global Campaign 9/2, is my best bet of the day and will be a single for me. Lightly raced 4 year old is 3 for 3 in one turn races winning twice at 7 furlongs and once at 1 1/8 in the Peter Pan last year where he posted a career best 101 beyer. This one turn mile should suit him perfectly. He posted a 98 beyer in his 7f win on April 25 at Gulfstream, his first start since a 3rd behind Tax and Tacitus in the Jim Dandy last year. I think he takes a step forward off that effort and runs big here. #7 Silver Dust 8/1, #8 Owendale 3/1 and #13 Mr. Money will be his biggest challenges.
Race 10...#10 Maxfield 5/2, was 2 for 2 last year and has some sharp works leading up to his 3 year old debut. Another who will be vulnerable off the layoff, but a must use on any tickets. #6 Ny Traffic 10/1, followed Wells Bayou around the track and finished 2nd almost 3 lengths ahead of 3rd place finisher in Louisiana Derby last out. Not a lot of speed in this race and he could get similar trip here going a furlong shorter. #2 Pneumatic should get the perfect stalking trip and is very dangerous in his 3rd career start. #14 Major Fed 5/1, finished 4th in Louisiana Derby after a slow start and very wide trip. If Rosario can get him over to decent position without being too wide into first turn, this one will be tough. 2 others with a chance here are #9 Shake Some Action 12/1 and #11 Attachment Ride 4/1.
Race 11...#7 Bama Breeze 30/1, makes 2nd career start and first this year. If you can watch replays, go watch this ones win last year at Churchill. He made a very impressive run in the stretch getting blocked off at the rail, then shifting out and finding room before exploding to the finish. In the barn of “Rusty” Arnold now, but Corey Lanerie, who was aboard for his win rides again. #6 Hieronymus 9/2, has won 3 in a row and is the one to beat. #9 Smooth Like Strait 5/1, ships in from California and has plenty of speed. #12 Pixelate 6/1, is a closer who picks up Joel Rosario for this trip. #14 Fenwick Station 50/1, another deep closer who was just 3 lengths behind Decorated Invader last out, is improving with every race. Blinkers on, use underneath.Comment -

#22351Churchill Race 1
#9 Golden Notion (8/5), is clearly the horse to beat and is a must use. The Major one Im intrigued with is the #1 Hug the Manny (12/1) , Debuted in an off the turf 50k MSW and took money at 4/1 , ran ok , they thought highly off this one when shipped to KD for the 130k MSW and dueled up front to quit. When to the bench for 8 months, and comes back as a 3 year old with a nice work tab and first time Jose Ortiz rides. #12 Looking At Liberty (10/1) , was a big purchase price for a barn really not known for these. The works are good for this debut attempt. Spent 200k on this one and selling right off the bat for 50k, maybe hoping nobody bites. Could surprise. #5 White Wolf (15/1) , & #10 Pow Wow Prince (8/1) , makes sense underneath.
Either Single the 9 , or use 1,9,12 in multi Race bets
