#670Wallco NBA Chase 110
2012-13 System to date: 6-0 (fin. series)
System profit/loss: +6.00 units (fin. series)
Current open series: 1 (-1.1 units)
v1 Plays
(A) 6-1
(B) 0-0
(C) 0-0
(D) 0-0
Games for (11/18/12):
#7 Brooklyn @ Sacramento (+3½) (B) (6:05 pm EST)
#8 Cleveland (+6½) @ Philadelphia (A) (6:05 pm EST)
We will ALWAYS play the M/L on favorites and the point spread (-110) on dogs. There is no point buying in this system, with one exception, if your team is the favorite, and buying down to a (-½) point spread is cheaper than playing the M/L, then by all means, buy the points, otherwise, M/L on all favorites and point spread on dogs. All results will be based on this principle. All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the dog team, and who is the favorite on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines. I will try to update my post as often as I can throughout the day, if the lines change, but it is the individual bettor’s responsibility to get the appropriate line if it differs from my post. System rules and backtest can be found in post #219.Last edited by Wallco99; 11-18-12, 05:27 PM.Comment -

#684That is how I would play it, but it probably wouldn't be the correct way to do it. If you were to overlay the 1-3-5 over the actual JM buy 3 points rules, a push would mean end of series. Either way is understandable. I realize it is a different bet scheme, but it would probably use the same rules to qualify whether a series continues or not. But if I was to play it, it would definitely be as an (A) bet again. However, the safe route is to skip it, with no damage done. It doesn't really matter, I am playing 7/5 and it's not a play in that structure.Last edited by Wallco99; 11-18-12, 04:10 PM.Comment -

#687Not to mention, what would be a Denver (C) bet would now be a home game. No JM rules ever stated playing teams at home. But since it is also a Chase 110 play, may be worth double dipping. I won't be though, as I said, I'm a 7/5 man, and it didn't qualify for me.Comment -

#693between wallco, stiff, and John morrison there are a crap load of plays and a lot of them over lap. Best advice is to just play both and hope both sides win either the 3 games series or 4 games series.
Would like to mention at -110 there is a A, B, & C bets today for john morrison.Comment -

Before I go I should note that this method is also profitable if you buy 2pts on the B/C bet. You will experience a few less losses per season, but the losses you still incur will be more costly. In the end, I would just not buy points. This method is incredibly profitable and incredibly easy to play, just be disciplined enough to make the C when you need to. I leave you now with these words: play with confidence my friends, knowing that your playing the most profitable way to play the JM system to date!!!

#696Don't buy points. While it is possible to buy up to 2 points and still retain profit it's just not as efficient. Less losses but losses are much bigger when they still occur.Comment -

#698Steve if you are keeping track of records with out buying 3 points, you may want to mention Houston as a C-bet today. They pushed as their A bet, lost their B bet, and today are suppose to be C bet or at least a B for a shorter series.Comment -

#699I thought we went over this yesterday? If anyone decides to play that game it is totally unofficial and outside system guidelines. Why mention it at all? It's NOT a play, and if anyone wishes to continue a series that pushed their (A) bet, they will do that at their own risk. If, however, it was a Chase 110 play, we would replay the (A) bet because that is how my system is laid out. But "traditional" JM rules don't follow those guidelines, and since he is posting "traditional" JM, then in my opinion, he has it right. I stress "my opinion".Comment -

#700He is posting with out and with buying 3 points. So do you count it as a win on without buying points?
... NVM I see he listed a push on the v3. No need to reply any more. Thanks Wallco, misunderstanding on my part.Comment
