No, not right. Well, actually if you are talking about math, then yes, -10.5 is less than -9.5

This is where it would be better if he used words instead of symbols, but he doesn't use the math symbol as an actual math symbol.

Ohio State Buckeyes, n/p if OSU < -9.5

Means that Ohio State is a play as long as they are favorites of 9.5 or more.

So if they drop below 9.5 point favorites, even though that means that you now would have a better line, they would not be a play.

Guess I need to work on that FAQ I was talking about before the break.
