Just curious, but are you saying that if Kentucky is -7 it is not a play? It sounds like a stupid question, but it would seem that it would be the opposite. Good luck tonight.

ATL is laying 4 at most places and I've seen a couple of 4.5s around as well so I think it's a no play now. I think it means that if the favorite has to lay more points than 7.5, such as 8, 8.5 etc., then it is a no play. In the case of a dog, if they are getting less than 1.5 (1.0, .5) it's no play but if they are getting more than that, it is a play. At least that's the way I read it.
Kan is -8 at many places as of 5:15 est Evansville is pk.

I would think so also, but it says no play if Kentucky is < -7.5 (which reads "is less than 7.5"). That tells me he is saying it is a play at -8 or more, but not at -7 or less. Hopefully he can clear it up.

ok, thanks. I guess it has to do with the line moving against his pick, but not sure why. ANyway, good luck tonight.

Plays are based on line reversal; Kentucky needed to stay –7.5 and above, or it would have dropped out, as a system play.
First wager on ATL this year should have posted ATL n/p if line goes under -4
What the hell is up with ATL?
Thanks

TLP Plays, based on early lines. 7:00 PM ET Indiana Pacers, n/p if IND < - 3.5 9:00 PM ET Chicago Bulls n/p if CHI > + 2.5
7:00 PM ET Louisville Cardinals, n/p if ND > - 5.5 7:00 PM ET Syracuse Orange, n/p if SYR < - 3.5 8:00 PM ET Baylor Bears, n/p if BAY < - 5.5 8:00 PM ET Florida Gators, n/p if FLA < - 4
Never lay points when you don’t have too.
Never bet the M/L on an underdog, always take the points. You can always bet on the early line play, but if the line moves against you then cover and eat the vig.
GL
Look at the LAC line at +7 the books are begging you to bet on them. Why: because if the NYN get hot at the 3pt line, they will bury the LAC and cover the -7.
Where’s peterpan19, lets go I need an NBA M/L play tonight, too stop the bleeding. BOL

Here's my interpretation, should wait for ShivaBowl to confirm.
As he had just posted (post 395, just a few before your question), sometimes he lists the maximum since if the line moves in the opposite direction too much, even though he would now have a better line on the game, it's no longer a play. He called it line reversal. This seems confusing to some, but it obviously works for him. For example, today he's willing to lay 3.5 points or more on Indiana, but if the line moves to -3, even though that's a better line, it's no longer a play.
So, going down the list:
Pacers must be a minimum of 3.5 point favorites. If they drop to -3 or better, no play.
Bullls are a play if getting 2.5 or less. If they are getting 3 or more, no play.
Louisville is a play as long as Notre Dame is a 5.5 point favorite or less. I guess he could also have said that Louisville is a play as long as they are getting 5.5 points or less. If Notre Dame moves to -6 (so Louisville is now +6), no play.
Syracuse is a play as long as they are a minimum of a 3.5 point favorite. If they drop to -3 or better, no play.
Baylor is a play as long as they are a minimum of a 5.5 point favorite. If they drop to -5 or better, no play.
Florida is a play as long as they are a minimum of a 4 point favorite. If they drop to -3.5 or better, no play.

GL tonight If the line on ND goes to –5.5 and over it’s a n/p on LOU.

F- Duke they should have lost last night. I love UNC, UNC went to Boston College in a F-ing blizzard and won by 30 + points, they have been a cash cow for me this year, would have took them last night at +7.5 but at +11 they filtered out. And then I loss BAY on a last 2nd 3 pointer and LOU in OT. But that’s CBB, fun fun fun WTF. Thank god the bulls came threw.
St. John's Red Storm what do you think? Do they have the balls to win tonight? Or will they lay down and take it in the ass like the NYN. GL
Added, Denver Nuggets

St John's I have watched closely but I havent seen much of the huskies, the line makes me agree we with you and the red storm though so I do like the play, one thing is certain its gonna be a good game! Could be a tough night in college hoops tonight I just got that feeling nothings coming easy
Baylor game I was counting the whole way so that was a shocking loss but such is life, we move on
Tar heels look good this year despite the loss!

Sorry, but since there was no < or > sign, just want to confirm the DEN is a play as long as they are a favorite.
