seriously though he would have committed to the team if they could have won a championship. i truly believe he wanted to stay in cleveland, but the team couldnt win so he really had no choice if he wants to win now. then if your response is he is not good enough to win in cleveland, he doesnt have what it takes, he sucks so he had to go to miami to win. again you should be glad to get rid of him and his high salary so you can get some players better than lebron in to win since you feel he is not good enough.

if bosh would have done a sign and trade, he would have stayed but all reports say bosh wanted nothing to do with the cavs.

i dont really find anything strange in Lebrons desicion, becose everybody should decide alone what to do and where to play. I would say 95 % of players or even more changed his team during their career. At least 30% even play for more then 5 teams. From them many teams even retire their number. Take Wilt Chamberlain as an example. And i think Cavaliers should do the same - to retire LJ shirt number. Why to hate him ? If he started his career in other team and finished it in Cleveland he would be god there, right ? But now he played how many season in Cleveland ? I think 8. And hes leaving, and many hate him, thats very stupid and even funny.
LJ is best player in Clevelands history up to me and they should respect that!

agree that he had the right to leave. he didn't have to completely undermine the organization, quit in the playoffs, and announce in the most crass and classless manner possible, that's all.

If he had handled this completely differently, like a thoughtful, mature, humble ADULT, Cavs fans would be disappointed but not nearly as angry. He needed to do it much differently, and say much different things than he did.

Instead, he manipulated countless people, acted like he is God's gift to athletics, and worst of all, suggested and created an hour-long live-TV special about HIMSELF, to bestow his gracious decision upon the world. Give me a break!!!! How narcissistic can one person be?!?!?! He will see that this was a terrible move -- everyone is rooting against him now.
