Shoebox I know units are the bottomline but I can just say take 100 units Lakers -300 next home game. I just think you can't manipulate your percentage in that way. Sure you can take a -300 ML to up your % but it's for only one win at the end of the day.

HOWEVER- when a respected capper with a proven track record (Lakerboy, Paco, Shoebox, Laker_Crazy, EXpertcapper, et. all) post a big play because they feel really confident about it, I have no problem believing it. After all, those are the plays that seem to hit most often

Honestly I don't want to even argue about this, I don't really care what anyone posts in terms of units. If someone wants to put out a play for 1000 units then so be it good luck with that.

Records are only half the battle the other half is learning how to apply the proper weight, it's ten times harder than it looks. You can have a high % and be negative, and vice versa. I never understood heavy big etc. Just post units and grade them IMO

I completely agree with you. I didn't start the year posting my units so I wasn't going to start midway through the year and not give out my accurate units for the full year though. I also always told everyone that my big plays were 4 units and heavy 5 units. Like I said, I will post the units all next year and keep track of them.

No I am definitely not making fun of you or anyone who posts plays with that many units. I just don't agree with 100 units plays, I think it is horrible money management. At the end of the day though it's your bankroll and you do with it what you want.

I still don't really know I feel about the unit posting though to be honest. My average scale is 1-5 but I see people on here posting 20, 40, 100 units. It's very misleading.

I agree, but it's really all relative to a person's scale. 1-100 or 1-5 which I prefer, but there needs to be a range and consistent scale. Money management is very important so it does make things confusing.

After watching how lakers didnt play the way they usually play on the 1Q it usually means hey don't really care bout the game. Seems to me they are gonna hand his game to the suns. It was my fault that I didn't take a look at the starting rosters today. Kobe didn't even play 1Q and that's what made me lose.
