Without digging too far I can think of 3. Mutombo's Nugs vs Seattle and Knicks vs Heat were both 5. Knicks went to finals as an 8 seed. Warriors beat Mavs in a 7 game series

The heat have no chance to contend. Dwayne wade is their whole team. Not 1 other guy on that team can hit a shot under pressure.
