8 seeds do not beat 1 seeds in nba...1 time in last 20 years and that was in a 5 game series Archie....

Lakerboy, we aren't talking series plays here yet...... just game by game..... The bulls are more than capable of winning 2 or even taking this series to game 7..... do the cavs win this series 89.5 times out of 100? yes..... but you will find value on the bulls at home here....

just remember what the bulls did against the celts last year....and that was a year younger D. Rose...

Rose and Noah over the past 2 games have shown, they are a bit different from years past....

the Bulls are a team that is very difficult to quantify...... they lose to the nets 2 times.... blow 35 point leads...

but they are also a record setting team.... a team that when healthy earlier this year....went on the road and beat 5 straight opponents with a winning record in the same road trip.... no one has ever done that before..... Everyone will be playing "unlimited mins" for the forseeable future...and if they need to they'll take some of Brad Miller's shots, to numb the pain and play..... they will be feisty here...

Golden state beat Dallas in a 7 game series.... Dallas was #1 seed

Knicks beat Heat when heat were #1 seed

And of course Denver beat #1 seattle in 1994

Yes but you got to pick the right one cause this will be all they get however I think taking the Bull ATS at Cavs will be the better value then playing the bulls at home ML or ATS

I don't expect a sweep, Cavs will have an adjustment period, again. Shaq is starting game 1 after missing 7 weeks. The starting 5 for cleveland that will start the playoffs have had exactly 1 game together.

I would imagine that the cavs will be -800 to -1000 for the series....

I can never imagine tying up 10 units of my bankroll, to win 1 unit..... over the course of 1-2 weeks....

Bulls are a better overall team right now than they were entering last year's playoffs IMHO. Thomas sucks, always has. I like Gordon, but he's very one-dimensional. They gave Boston run because they were without Garnett. Again, this team is actually better, but they face a much tougher opponent. It's all in the odds. Let's see what they are. All things considered, I give Bulls about a 1 in 10 chance of pulling this out. Heck, part of that would be the odd chance of Lebron getting injured. You just never know. Looking forward to seeing the Game 1 line. Should be like -10; probably will be more like -12.

Cavs will obviously win the series, I do feel Cleveland aint gonna be flying into this series at 100mph like it did against Detroit last year. First off, Shaq and Jamison havent played on the floor at the same time yet, and I am sure the same goes for Powe and we all know that playing with Shaq takes a minute to adjust and that being said they will need a week or two to get used to each others play. Also I still dont feel that Z or Powe are in playing shape, and I know shaq wont be for at least a week. I still like Cleveland in the series but I am gonna watch a few games of this series before I bet it. I probably will be taking the Cavs in some 1stQ and 1stH situations for small plays, as I dont feel they can be trusted with a big number til all the players gelling and 100% on the same page.

Any money you can afford to have tied up should be put on the Cavs to win the series. Anyone see odds for a sweep listed anywhere?

I just bought my ticket for Saturday's game....my first ever game at the Q and first ever playoff game I can't wait! Nothing better than playoff basketball.
