Perhaps I'm totally confused or missing some special rule, but I had LA -1 for the 1st Half last night Friday 12th at Phoenix, and the best cashed as they were up 53 to 46 at the half. Did I watch and track the wrong game? Thanks for explaining.

But OMG, I've just realized that every series and half time bets I've played so far have been with the road teams and I guess it's just dog luck that all the series I've happened to play so far have won. I definitely understand the logic explained in your 2nd post though to bet against the weary road team, and I plan to follow the strategy tonight taking Dallas (A). Thanks alot for setting me straight. I think this system can be a real winner as long as you ensure you have enough bankroll to play each series through if required, and stay disciplined in wagering. comments: We have 2 series starting on friday. The season for the road system has around 10 days left and a goal of 80 units is possible. I hope my luck continues. If i was smart, i would stop it now with over 70 units but i am considering stopping if i can make it to 80 units.Comment -
Looking at the 2 losses over last 2 seasons.........
In both series the line failed to adjust to the improved play of a below average road team.
Idea: Since series are covered by the first game over 70% of the time and if we eliminate all series where the home team is favored by 5 points or more for the 1st half of the 1st game. This will cost us several series wins but it would also eliminate these type of series where the line failed to adjust on the improved play of a below average road team.
Last season the system had a record of 127 - 1 and this season the record thru 3/17 is 111 - 1. We have a total of 240 series and 478 plays over the last 2 seasons and if this idea was applied what would be the results?
RESULTS:
2008 - 09.... 23 series would be eliminated which would include several wins but also the one loss. The adjusted record would be 105 - 0 and the total units won would have more than doubled.
2009 - 10...thru 3/17, the current record is 111 - 1 but 28 series would be eliminated and with a record of 83 - 0 with several series left for the season. This move would have also eliminated our only loss this season.
The total record by making this adjustment over the last 2 seasons would be 188 - 0.
Comments: This is only something to consider for next season but it is only an idea at this time.Comment -

I plan on playing every play next year if possible. The only problem I have is that some of the second halves are pretty late for me. I know there is nothing that can be done about that, but I have and will miss many plays because of it and it will mess up the results for me.Comment -
