i agree and disagree with your statement about sharp money coming in at the open. i think it really depends on the game and who is playing. in games where you have a team dealing with a lot of injuries, etc. i think you tend to see a lot of the sharp money coming in at the close...especially those games where it's a real coin toss...however in games that seem pretty straight forward i think your right and that most of the sharp money comes in at the begining to take advantage of the line.

bottom line is that i think it really depends on the game, the teams, the line, etc.

no definitive answer either way

amazing because i looked at that game as well but really hate laying it down with the knicks and actually played the LAKERS pretty well the night before. Dallas I probably hate laying down on just as much because I'm always on the wrong side or night with them so I said stay away...i get in runs were i lay it down too much on every and any game so I've been really try to mnage lately better and this game said stay away...dallas has been so inconsistant for me but would have been my play because kid was out and the line still moved the wrong way...i've been watching that lately when big star players have been out and line movement goes the other way teams like that tend to cover...carmelo out tonight?

with ya on the pacers and sixers....almost went the spurs but theyve burned money too much for me lately. thats a sharp play considering their current form.

cavs seem logical but i hate betting against a team to get blown out on 2 consecutive nights. plus the cavs are coming off a big tv win.

T-WOLVES TO COVER! its at +13 right now @ sportsbook . com. Im tailing it, even though i'm from cleveland. double digit spread? for a team thats WAY overdue? pssh im in.

I'm also looking at the clippers if the lines moves their way a little more....we'll see

any thoughts on the heat?

lol but its CLEVELAND. i guess u have to live in the city to see first hand the luck we have, and tonight im feeling somethig strange. great team, but as long as cleveland is in front of cavaliers, bad luck will follow (examples: indians and browns) im just giving my 2 cents (hopefully not literally), just an opinion. good luck all

I got 2 SOLID JayPlays tonight.

Miami/Toronto over 204 (3 units)
LAC/New Jersey over 191.5 (3 units)

these two games should easily sail over the totals,and it wouldnt suprise me if the numbers rise closer to tip - and if for some reason they drop, i don't care!

notable mentions....(i will also be playing these, but I am slightly less confident. we will call them 1 unit each)

Denver +4 good spot to get points, they suck on the road, but are playing well right now, and houston is just playing garbage. some people are thinking to much into this game, take the points for the better team.

what a shame this is.....everything im doing in college hoops right now getting ruined by this nba run im on. 7 days in a row of losing my *best bet* of the day.......so frustrating.

the best part is, im watching the sixer game thinking i had 3.5 for some reason. thought i had won that game..lol

and of course, i remembered last minute to play the heat and that lost.

flipping coins would be a better option for me right now. sharp as an egg...........
