#4552surprisingly 62% public on SAC according to sportsinghts .com. That's why the line went up. I wish public were pounding on Seattle heavy and the line reserved like that. I am still leaning SAC big, just hope the line will drop down to 1.5 at some point during the day, will buy .5 point to -1.Comment -

#4553Sometimes you just need to layoff certain teams. My new rules are:
1) Never bet on the Monarchs until they have seriously started turning the season around (I will not try to catch when they will rebound)
2) Do not bet on teams to cover the spread vs. Phoenix (they can just put up too many points and have been too unpredictable)Comment -

Good question. Once I put my money on the hards I leave it there until the dealer picks it up from the roller crapping out (which I have boxed as well fading the roller. The dice are not in the rollers' favor EVER. If the dice were in the rollers' favor there would be no lights on in Vegas. It's that real)
To answer your question regarding rule#3
I think that it is necessary to have at least $400.00 to $800.00 or so distributed around the board in order to do it the correct way. I like to put $25.00 apiece on all the hards, and $250.00-$300.00 (and the change involved) on the 6/8, and $200.00 (standard play)on the don't pass line or what I call "House Money" plays. I don't remove my original wagers ever until the point is either won or lost. Either the dealer is gonna scoop most of my money except for my House Money, or I'm gonna keep scooping my extras and leaving my original money down until it's over. Then I pick my money up and wait out the next coming out roll, then it's back to business again.
So if the roller is hot, and hits four straight coming out 7's in a row, I don't take that hit. My money isn't on the table. I have seen it happen many times before. Especially with some of the rich elder Pinoy ladies with the big rings. Man when they get hot look out!
Don't be fooled. The don't pass line straight wager is the bread and butter of this style of play. When that dealer changes hands and the dice get cold, it is an amazing site to watch the skill and the craftiness in the way that the house eventually chases everyone away. Somethin' is up with those dice. And just like with sports wagering, it is always a good idea to put your money where the house has theirs. It never changes.
I only play at a very busy table.
Formula for the $100.00 bettor spreading $100.00 or so a play. This is assuming that there is a minimum bet requirement
$25.00 don't pass line
$25.00 6/8 (Don't forget your change!)
$10.00 on all the hards

#4557Actually I like the unders for both the Indiana/Atlanta AND San Antonio/Connecticut games. Despte it being a public play and a lack of movment, the Silver Stars is the correct call. They avenge their losses well.Comment -

If you have the HARD 4 bet on, and the roller rolls a 3-1, you're hard bet gets taken up. Do you place it back immediately?Comment -

The only thing I would change about the above is to put $24 each on the 6/8, as they pay 7:6, so a $24 bet will pay $28. The dealers like to keep it clean.Comment -

#4574Wow the O/U for the SAC game has dropped to 138 with huge majority on the over... I was kinda liking the over. Phoenix had a nice writeup. LJ is SAC's defensive staple, with her out, the game might open up a lot. If people expect SAC to win, then this game will be close and likely go over.
Hmm SBRlines shows great majority on the under... Confused...Comment -

#4576I don't know much about craps, but it looks like ck said wait until after the come-out roll, but is it possible to place a 'Don't Pass' bet after the point is established? The online practice craps tables seem not to allow a don't pass bet unless it's the come-out roll. Thanks in advance guys, you are all great.
p.s. sorry for the dice question in this great Dating-tips thread.Comment -

I just have 1 question, and sorry ahead of time if it's stupid...
You mention that you have no money on the table during the comeout roll.
Don't you have to place the Don't Pass before the comeout? If you don't hang your balls out there and just do it, you'll never know what might have happened...
