Sorry to hear Wallco, can just imagine what you were going thru, my son's 20 and has been taking the stuff around 4 years, want get help when I ask him thinks he can stop on his own.

Damn, Wallco. I'm so sorry to hear your loss. It really broke my heart. I have a 15-month old boy and I can't imagine ever losing him. My sister and brother in law lost their first and only son right after he turned 5 due to brain cancer (DIPG) about a year ago. Parents shouldn't ever have to bury their own children.

Trust me, HE CAN'T DO IT ON HIS OWN, no matter what he wants to tell himself or tell you. Do whatever it takes to get him the help he needs. We did, and it still didn't work. But even though we are going through pain like never before, it is not also compiled with endless guilt that we didn't do everything we possibly could to help him beat this disease. It is so God damned strong, and he is going to need every bit of support he can get, especially if he refuses it. I wish you the very best with your son. I know all the frustration, fighting, and anxiety this causes between the addict and the family, but as bad as all that was, I would take it back in a heartbeat instead of this. And even though this was the end result, if we had it all back I know we still would have fought just as hard as we did to try to get him through this. There is no manual for this stuff. You just have to do what you think is best at the time and hope he is strong enough to beat this monster.

Not sure if anyone watched the LAL game last night but they have mailed it in. Horrible team....they battled back to tie at 97-97 and then I watched them basically flop the final minute. Sick to my stomach over them. Such a great franchise and they are beyond embarrassing now.

Just venting my frustration over this series. I'm in the same boat as anyone else who lost on the B bet. This series has just been a mess since the start. LAL had two games where they could have closed this thing out. I'm on the East Coast and don't normally watch till the end of a late game but just happen to flip over and got excited when I saw it was 97-97........then I watched some things that told me they are a very young, bad team.....25 turnovers in the game. Last play NO missed a free throw and LAL didn't even box out to get the rebound!! There was enough time on the clock where they could have got down the floor and probably scored a uncontested basket since NO wasn't going to foul and the game was essentially over. Just amazing to see a franchise of that caliber sink so low.

That's exactly why I don't watch the games I bet on. You had to have been throwing shit and swearing.

I almost never watch the games either...but like I said I happen to catch it and thought i would check it out. But I don't like to because then emotion plays in and this is a system. I'm definitely influenced now....probably just do a teaser with OKC and LAL now.

I played OKC M/L last night but will not play Atlanta Cocks M/L at -600. I may bet it live if they hang a number I like.
