I really like Bos -0.5 for the 1st qtr, I wouldnt touch that SA/Det 1st qtr, I think SA will win here, but I dont know how they will come out, but if I had to play it I would go with the Spurs
BUT Bos -0.5 looks really good, and that being Bos first game after the break, could be a little bit rusty, but I think they will be on fire early on and also win the whole game
Bos has a 3.8 pt advantage over utah if you include the spread of -0.5 against them

I'm pretty sure Mason is playing now for CBJ. I know he's a rookie lol but he is the first choice goalie.

St. Bonaventure seems to be a good play tonight at +3 1/2 over George Washington. Personally I think they are a better team and play well on the road. This game should be pk so i'll take the points and ride it out. Final Plays of the day:

Celtics- -1 1/2 (bought earlier on BETUS)

While Ark-LR has won 5 in a row they were blown out by WKU earlier in the year, 79-47! Western has been solid offensively and they will win this game if hey keep their turnovers to a minimum.

Line open +3.5 and despite 62% of the public on Ark-LR..its moved down to 2.5

The Rafer Alston trade by the Rockets tells me that they are mailing it in this year, as he was their best guard on the team. I don't think that Cook and Lowry are good pick ups for a Rockets team that already has depth at those positions. Not a good trade all around, when you think that the Grizzlies get a future first round pick

Once Alston gets some minutes in with the Magic, they might be a handy team be be on with the low spreads!

That first round pick is not from Houston, it was a 3 team deal. Houston only gives up Alston. Alston was steady and performed well when McGrady was out. This trade was more about them wanting to play A. Brooks who is one of the quickest PG's in the league. He will have defense matchup problems in playoffs against Williams or Paul, which I don't like. But Rafer cannot shoot the 3, which with Yao is a big part of the offense. Brooks will be an upgrade in that area, but downgrade defensively. Lowry should see time, Cook will probably be cut at some point, but not a bad spot up shooter, I see Brent Barry getting back up PG playing time. It is a bit of a head scratcher by having to take on Cook salary. Don't be surprised the Rockets will be fine, the distraction of She-Mac out of the locker room is gone, if the Rockets were really throwing it in, they would have dealt Artest, which they didn't. Von Wafer had been playing better then Stacey McGrady, and most likely, you have seen the last of McGrady ever for the Rockets. He handled the situation poorly here, and the fans don't miss him.
