Boston have just fallen to -1.5

I can't think of any reason bar the ones I listed about for Boston to be so low. All the trend - recent and historical point to Boston.

Maybe the linesmaker wants the public to think its a trap? LOL

Man, I'm pounding that play like a $2 dollar hooker. KG is missing but I still expect Boston to win by at least 8 points. Philly sucks..

I doubt it... Boston is a big public team. They have already beat Philly by DD 2 times this yr covering both spreads -8.5 and -13.5 and now opens at -2. Read my Signature

when a line bounces like that always best to back the dog....

Think about it this way....

Line looks to good to be true -2 -1.5 -3 whatever

80% of the public on the celts...line drops initial = Sharp $$

My forecastor has this as a pickem game.

Philly + the points but wait for awhile as the line is moving

that may be true but it was moving irradically from 2 to 1.5 to 2 back to 1.5 then 2.5 and 3 all between 1020AM and 1130AM so i'm not sure it was really a tug of war between sharps and the public.

and as for backing the dog, i don't put much weight in "always" doing anything as a default.

anyway, still like celtics but only time will tell

I don't see why the line is confusing you all so much. who cares who bets on who? are you going to let other bettors bets determine who YOU bet on? pulllease! handicap the game, and bet the team you like. If you are betting philly because it looks like a trap, and everyone's on Boston, that is not true handicapping...
