#3501at first look i was thinking rockets all day, after going deeper i realise the lakers are more efficient without dwight and gasol is cancer in that offense not to mention everyone is writing them off. thinking nash and kobe get it going today.

#3502Sando, I must give credit to you for your endless effort...
I find it hard enough to find time researching on one sport and working on one job. Lucky for me apart from tennis (usually daily), soccer, rugby and nfl are usually weekly and mma/ufc/boxing is usually fortnightly...
But to fit in tennis and nba together on a daily manner? that's tough work...
I tried researching NBA but I've dropped that, anyone who can do well on a sport which I personally believe is risky, in my books knows what he/she is doing.
So for you to be able to research on Tennis, NBA, UFC, Rugby (especially Sevens where you need to be glued to the spot), and then when the Aus sports start (NRL & AFL), and anything else i missed
...all while working 2 jobs did you say?
Wow, Kudos to you my friend!Comment -

#3504Sando usually you and I are on the opposite side of the spectrum when it comes to the Lakers. Couldn't believe I actually like them here and you are on Rockets this go around.. Especially since I live in Houston. Took the Fakers +8. Almost game time. I can see them getting down initially but picking it back up somewhere by 4th quarter to cover. Got a pretty big bet on them in corelation with my BR, or whats left of it after I withdrew a chunk. Hope your wrong on this one buddyComment -

#3505It must be nice to be able to this at work. Sando just keep up the work for us and now you are now getting close to being up 50 units in the NBA which is just incredible. I don't know how you the time to do multiple sports like this so I applaud you for doing your hard work on this. Let me ask you what do you do when NBA and tennis isn't going on?Comment -

#3522Thanks alot for the huuuge card (NBA and Tennis combined) and all the work you put in.
I was of course with you on the Pacers, perfect game.
Accidentally put 2 bets on the Rockets spread and even if I still don't know how that happened I like the turn in the 4th qtr (or late 3rd)Comment -

#3523I really wanted to hedge at half time. Should have just made a 2nd half play. Are there any US books that have this option? Anyone know?
What happens when you wager on a player and the other player retires? Sock retired against Capdeville. It wasn't available on 5D but I was wondering what would happen.Last edited by Byrone09; 01-08-13, 10:39 PM.Comment -

#3524I am not betting on round 1 of the qualifiers and I won't add these to my official tennis record, but I will track them seperately. The reason I am not betting on them is because I already have thousands in play today on the NBA and Tennis. The reason I am posting these picks is to help sharpen my eye for when the real tournament starts. These are not darts thrown. Each pick is carefully selected and I am confident that at the end of day 1, I will be in the positive units with these selections.
Aus Open Qualifiers
*You will need a serious Tennis book to bet on these (5 Dimes, Bet 365, IAS, Sportsbet, CentreBet, Sportingbe, Paddy)
Round 1
Ricardo Hocevar (v. Reid) +140, $2.40 5 Dimes 2x
Uladzimir Ignatik (v. Stebe) +150, $2.50 5 Dimes 1.5x
Evgeny Korolev (v. Haider-Maurer) -130, $1.77 5 Dimes 1x
Antonio Veic (v. Mertl) -109, $1.91 IAS/Sportsbet 1x
Christopher Rungkat (v. Polansky) +245, $3.45 IAS/Sportsbet 0.5x
Paul Capdeville (v. Sock) +182, $2.82 IAS/Sportsbet 0.5x
Riccardo Ghedin (v. Klein) +120, $2.20 5 Dimes 0.5x
Nicolas Devilder (v. Ram) +250, $2.50 Sportingbet 0.5x
So according to the bookies you listed Pinnacle won't be enough for the real tournament?!Comment -

#3527Querry 2-0. Cashed already mate. Don't really do favorite picks, BOTD's, etc, however if you just want 1 pick to bet would recommend Zakapalova -4 or Millan +3.5.
"*You will need a serious Tennis book to bet on these (5 Dimes, Bet 365, IAS, Sportsbet, CentreBet, Sportingbe, Paddy)"
That's what you posted with your Aus Open Qualifiers (Round 1) picks you want to track but Pinnacle isn't listed there.
Is Pinnacle going to offer all the matches you bet on or do I need some "Tennis heavy" bookie?
Still plenty of matches left mate (page 99 or 100), however you will have missed a lot of the best prices as tennis lines/prices swing savagely. Also being 4-1 so far today there is a good chance there are a few losses coming, so tread carefully.Last edited by sando; 01-08-13, 11:01 PM.Comment -
