Wonder what will happen when KERS gets to the point of being an E1 engine attached to an F1 engine... as you know the competition will inevitably have to descend into if both survive.

I guess F1 will swallow or kill it if it looks too serious a competitor long before then anyway.

WEC - is the championship name, World Endurance Championship

E1 is the 'class' of racing within that championship. Grid consists of E1, E2, E3 cars I believe.
