Next Bonus Contests: Games 1, 2 and 3 of the World Series

We've got a great battle going at the top of our contest standings, and I'm going to ask the top 3 to pick the bonus contest rules for the next three bonus contests. GamblingMike, B1GER1C828 and ThaWoj are asked to PM or e-mail me their ideas for the little sidebar cappin' matchups. All three of them are up over 10 units betting MLB totals since Oct. 1 with the top 10 in the standings heading into Friday's action up a combined 77+ units.

We have some good ideas for the first three games of the World Series, especially since Game 1 is opening with a 5½-run total. I'll hang the opening bonus contest maybe Monday evening at earliest, and will be worth 100 points total, either winner take all or evenly divided.

Bonus Contest, World Series Game 1

Guess the combined 'games scores' for the two starting pitchers in Game 1, Roy Halladay and Tim Lincecum. All predictions will have 'action,' meaning a last minute pitching cgange won't nullify any entries.

All predictions must be made by 7:30 p.m. ET, Wednesday, Oct. 27.

If you're wondering what a 'game score' is exactly, check out the link below to the boxscore from last Saturday's NLCS Game 6. At the bottom of the boxscore you will find both Roy Oswalt and Jonathan Sanchez listed with 'game scores,' 53 for Oswalt and 41 for Sanchez.
